Unit constantly needs to be restarted

Unit constantly needs to be restarted. Happens very often.
As the unit is managed by a housing association the restart usually takes many days.

I would like nothing more than to get rid of this unit and replace it with another supplier. Unfortunately that is out of my control.

Somehow stopped taking payment from…

Somehow stopped taking payment from credit card. No notifikation, just lot of unpaid invoices and then one day you get invoice for s full year. Annoying
