I think this is an ethical company doing their best. I had trouble in the beginning as the battery I purchased from them wouldn’t charge, but it took a lot of back and forth emails over a few weeks for customer service to finally tell me that I needed a charger, that the battery wouldn’t charge through the Ecoflow connection. Fortunately they sent me a free charger to compensate for my trouble. I appreciate their willingness to resolve the situation in a generous way.

Very good experience dealing with this company. I ordered a 48v golf cart battery and charger. Battery seems great and will hopefully power my golf cart for many years to come. Regarding Wattcycle, after an initial issue regarding delivery, Erin from customer service quickly sorted everything out and went above and beyond to help get my battery and charger to me within a few days. Would happily purchase from them again in the future.

I wanted to replace my old lead acid batteries in my ride on mower. After much research the WattCycle 48V 100Ah golf cart battery seemed the best option. Fortunately it was on sale and with pick available in Sydney I saved the delivery fee. Within 24 hours, Erin at WattCycle Customer Support arranged the pick from the warehouse and gave me all the information I needed. Pick up was quick and easy. The battery looks good quality and comes with a battery monitor as well as a useful bluetooth connected app. I have installed the battery and it works well. I was able to mow my whole block in one go and only used 35% of the battery - way better then the old batteries.

The batteries arrived on schedule, were packed well and no issues getting the package delivered. Had a couple of questions and issue and Talia responded quickly and accurately to fix it up. I will install in a day or so after fully charging both (ordered 2-100ah smart minis). The Bluetooth seems.to m work well during charge.

After more than a years use, my battery went “dead” (to zero) during a fishing tournament. Luckily I have workarounds rigged up on my boat to easily adjust for one bad battery.

Once home, I contacted WattCycle support via email, and Talia promptly walked me through simple diagnosis and sending in pics to verify there was one bad cell. given the battery was still under warranty, a new battery (Free of charge) was sent out and received within days … and I was back up and running with full power.

THAT is great customer service and standing behind your warranty and product! THank You!

Sending an email asking for a rating before the product even arrives, which is a marketing spam email I didn't sign up for, one star.

Customer service from Wattcycle has been outstanding. Melody especially. Response was very prompt and courteous. I
had an issue with a 314aH Mini with Bluetooth battery. Wattcycle had me try a couple of things to try to get the battery going again. When I wasn't able to get it going again they promptly sent out a new one. I appreciated the ease in which I was able to get a response and help from this company. I would definitely recommend doing business with these folks.

Had major issues with my battery (314Ah); it was DOA. Quick response from Mihel, who assisted throughout the entire process—very professional. Now I have a fully functional battery and am out driving 👍👍

This was my second purchase from WattCycle. Like last time, the customer service is great as well as their products. I made mistake regarding shipping. Team quickly amended my order and arranged the new shipping. Their quick action allowed us to keep the project on track.

Great experience with WattCycle. I ordered a few products and one arrived with a slight defect. WattCycle was able to quickly assist me with the repair and was very helpful along the way. Mihel was great to work with and I will absolutely be back for more and recommend to others.

Had a 314ah battery work well for around 11 months. Died randomly with no load or anything happening, dropped straight to 5V (BMS issue). Email to service in Australia was replied to within 2 hrs with a list of things to try to wake the battery. Once I replied with my results (nothing had worked) they apologised and organised a return label, and said the replacement battery would be shipped as soon as I dropped my faulty battery off. Sure enough, within a few hrs of dropping mine off, I had a tracking number for the new one which arrived a few days later. Obviously disappointed about the failure in the first place, but can’t complain or fault the customer service and would purchase through WattCycle again.

I have already seen videos on youtube about connecting WattCycle batteries to EcoFlow Delta power stations.
But I hesitated. Therefore I asked some questions via email. And Mihel, a support team member, answered them, so that it ultimately dispelled my worries.
Before long I ordered and received my battery.
It works just fine.

WattCycle's support team reached out to me proactively when my order couldn't be processed due to an address mismatch. Mihel from customer service explained the issue clearly and got everything sorted quickly once I confirmed the correct address. The replacement order was shipped soon after, with tracking info provided right away.
