I reached out to Waterdrop customer service regarding a missing part for the G3P800 that I had recently purchased. A replacement part was promptly shipped and my filter is now up and running.

Our waterdrop filter stopped working suddenly, showing error on display and later converted to flickering on the filter and display, after contacting customer service, Doreen proactively suggested some troubleshooting, and asked for video, upon submitting the video, Doreen promptly shipped the adapter, and provided tracking details. As he suggested, I tried with new adapter and it worked! Great experience overall, exceeded expectations, great service overall. I was hesitant before reaching out, and had low hopes of getting resolution. Doreen's professionalism and his proactive communication helped resolve the issue faster and smoother. Thank you! With this experience, I will not hesitate to recommend waterdrop filter to my friends.

The mineral filter that came with my water filtration system didn't fit. Doreen with customer service shipped me a new line immediately. Within day or two, the new line arrived and I was able to connect with the mineral filter. After that, Doreen emailed me to confirmed that everything is working well. Her efficiency and pro-activativity made it so that I could have great tasting water (with minerals added) within days! Thank you Doreen!

After 6 months of use of my X12 system, the Smart faucet display of numbers to select for ounces would skip ahead by one or more numbers or not change when the dispense select knob was rotated in either clockwise or counterclockwise directions. I contacted Customer Support and had quick reply the same day by email to open a Support Ticket Number. I had responses over the next few days from Doreen in Customer Support and received a replacement faucet under warranty a few days later. Doreen was always checking with customer satisfaction during the process and followed up with me after the new faucet was installed.

Thanks so much to Kimberly and support people who answered all of my questions and made it easy to upgrade to another unit. Expertise and enthusiasm highlighted our conversations! It was so nice dealing with real people who got to the point of my request and made it happen seamlessly.

My overall experience is great and would like to recommend Waterdrop to my friends. The M6H machine didn’t work so I contacted the customer service. The response is super quick. I talked to the customer service rep and provided all the requested information. Agent Karina followed up throughout the process and resolved the issue with my absolute satisfaction. I wrote this feedback after using M6H for a few weeks. I am very happy with its performance.

This is a great product for the price, even good looking. My main reason to get it is eliminating the solid residue that our Miami water contains, and also improving on the taste a bit. This is my second, the previous one lasted several years until the little plastic spigot broke. It's a shame you can't get the spigot alone. But I have to say, even when I abused the filters keeping them way longer than they're supposed to, they still performed good and I never got the residue that I used to get in the bottom of my old simple water tank. A lot of minerals and solid in or water. If you're looking for a simple, economic water tank with a filter for your fridge and your water is not too bad, I'd recommend you get one of these.

I would appreciate the customer support with Waterdrop, what ever concerns I raised related to the product they are taking all measures to resolve it.I were using under sink filter for some months, then when I am decided to move for under sink RO have reached customer support for any deals. Since I am existing customer of Waterdrop I got some percentage of deal. I would appreciate support person Karina for arranging this deal, which save me som dollars and built more trust on Waterdrop.
