Helllllllaaaaaa bots and scam texts. Did end up selling our van but had to deal with a lot of BS.

Paid for a listing that never went live
I paid $137.95 for a Premium Ad Package on August 16 (Ad #12231880). The ad has remained Offline the entire time.
I called support on August 17 and was told it would be fixed and that I would receive a confirmation text. I also sent a follow-up text that same afternoon. Neither resulted in the ad being activated. I tried activating it myself through my account with no success.
As of August 18 the listing is still Offline. I have now contacted them through their website form, email, and filed a BBB complaint.
Do not pay for a listing here unless you are prepared to chase them for days to get what you already paid for.

I received a renew deal, I have sold 4-5 units in over 15 years. They would not honor the ad. They send the same to me a year ago on a listing. No call back, claim no one there new what to do--- The 4 customer contacts were scammers ! I saw that RVTRADER show the rate of sale to these losers, I asked for moneyback after after they did not respond, to calls and emails. Look out, you get nothing but grief, from this outfit !!!

First off, it took over a week to get listing live. Everyone of the “leads” was a scam. Not one single legit inquiry. I tried four times to contact RvT customer service. No response. Finally got someone to answer. I asked to have ad cancelled and asked for a refund. After 3 different people I got a “supervisor” who basically offered no explanation for anything but informed me there would be no refund. I have used RVT to sell two of my other RV’s sucrsfully. They have turned into a company I would never recommend for anything. Terrible customer service.

In the first week we received 5 scammer "interests". Total waste of money. Sold it on craigslist.

No customer service whatsoever. I was unable to include a video or video link to my RV ad. The only responses that I received were sent by scammers. I cannot recommend this site and have had better legitimate responses from posting on Facebook Marketplace.

I recently posted my LTV RV on this site and received more than 5 responses in a couple of days. ALL of these "interested parties" were not legitimate. All of them demanded that I pull an inspection report from their favorite company. All are factious websites. While the money is only $50/report, the people were never interested in buying my van only in getting their $50 and moving on. Once I pull the report, the reply to set up a visit to look at the van was "my child just died", "my father had a heart attach" all in the past 24 hours.

RVT does not have a way to highlight these individuals on the message system and does not display clear warnings of this scam. This should be added to the site.

The worst part is what I thought would be possible sales, turned into lost time and money and the headache of selling the RV.

Total BS, every "buyer" wanted a "report" for $40 and they would pay full price, absolute scam , not a single real person. Sold locally.
Complete waste of money , if it wasn't only $69 i'd sue them for it .

Terrible site. EVERY inquiry I received over several months was a scam. Not one actual inquiry from a legitimate potential buyer. Stay away from RVT.com.

I never got any leads from rvt. This listing sucks you get on the RV Trader and you do a lot better Facebook is even better than that. So I would not use it again

Scam attempts and lack of interested parties made my experience less than pleasant.

RVT did a good job in reporting leads. I was pleased although the lead that led to sale come from a competitor website we did have a lead from here that was very interested.

I was hit by 5 scams throughout the listing times. Emails were received several days late per the time stamp on the messages. RVT has potential to be a great site, but some issues need to be fixed.

I do not recommend using RVT.com. I spent $79.95 and the ad didn't even come up in the search for days. I had to call the company and sit through 20 minutes of tedious details for the ad to even show up. Now a week later and still my ad has not received but ONE review that I searched myself from a different computer. This is my experience and my opinion but I would NOT list anything on this site.
