When I try to claim my items, it says the order isn't found. When I contact support, they do nothing.

What I apparently brought was not in stock then some sort of deal was struck not knowing the value as my son agreed somewhat with the buyer to swap purchases so what he paid in 14 US dollars and what he was received was less than what we paid out so he was ripped off

I bought a heart wand and it was out of stock and it sais wait 3-5 minutes well i waited 2 hours and still didn't get I was going to sleep cause it night when i woke up it said i can't get or smt cause it was longer then 8 hours but i bought item's and it was everything fine but this no i swear this is some joke if i don't get an email or smt that i can claim or money refund then i won't buy here again

Firstly it took 1 hour for me to even receive the item then he offered me a meitatara biceltetara (I bought a cash or card) then he offered à la romantic grande I said no at first but he made me take it cause he apperantly didn’t have it then I talked to a agent and he didn’t give much help and then he said I received the la romantic grande so I can’t get it and he completed the order over all DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ITS NOT TRUSTED

Weapons came very fast! Only issue is that it didnt let me know as i was placing the order that a weapon i bought was out of stock, so it took a couple of days for me to be able to claim it. So far the weapons didn’t disappear so thats very good!

thought this shit was a scam but i bought it gave me directions to add a bot join it and immedietaly traded what i wanted so this shit is deadass legit

I'm gonna be honest, this Is like my 6th review, when I first started buying in late 2025 the prices were good, delivery was fast, customer service was off the charts and I got many good frequent discounts. Overtime their prices have skyrocketed and become extremely unfair and overpriced. Every single item in this shop can be found at significantly cheaper price, not to mention they never respond on support tickets and they charge a huge service fee. Another thing is don't buy the buyblox pass, it's a total scam, I didn't get any luck, I did not get "unrestricted spins" and I got even get replies on the tickets. One last thing the spin wheel is very rigged and when I got a strawberry elephant I never had the chance to cash out. If you have money to spend, go ahead but if you on a budget buy off someone else
