Scammed for sure

Honestly I feel so scammed, I bought a weapon for MM2 and I waited almost 2 hours. I emailed them 2 times as well as talked to their customer service team. I did not end up getting a response and I am still waiting on my order. Little heads up they responded to me very aggressively as I told them I getting impatient and worried as they did not responded to my first 2 emails for hours. It's been 4 hours and they are just now responding to me. I am glad they were able to get me my item but they do need to work on their communication as I would've been so much more understanding if they told me other customers were having the same problem. In response to what they said that is false. I have screenshots of the entire conversation and they only told me once. Before asking me to try and join the bot multiple times.

Despite our updates, we understand you were unhappy with the wait. Since we were unable to complete your order within a reasonable timeframe, we issued a full refund.

Scammed

I have been ordering for a while and last month I'm pretty sure they sold me duped items (it was 95 Euros) and I got banned and when I logged in all if my items were gone and now no one will respond to me, be careful what site you buy from
