Manufactured and delivered on time. Colour is as per website. Nice and lightweight, and sits flat.
I particularly like being able to specify exactly the size and colour required - much easier than trudging thru stores.
Haven’t washed it yet but marks have wiped off easily.

Clear and timely emails to update about order. Order arrived on time but the box was partially open. Fortunately, the rug was undamaged. I expected the rug to be a little thicker but it looks really nice and zhooshes up my deck nicely. Excellent directions on how to fit the backing and lay the rug out.

I absolutely love this rug . It feels beautiful underfoot , sits perfectly, vacuuming is a breeze ,, I’m yet to discover the ease of washing as it obviously is not yet dirty..my order came quickly , well boxed ! Will buy again !!

Having never seen a Ruggable product before, on opening the box, I immediately realised it was not for me.

It went back into the solid cardboard box and the return process begun. Which was easy and seamless. The box was collected even though nobody was at home. The refund also came on time.

I didn’t like the texture and thickness of the rug. (Looked and felt like a microfibre cloth on the floor) But I submitted a refund, lady was super nice and helpful. It was picked up and refunded money easily.

This is our third Ruggable rug purchase and we have been absolutely pleased with all of them. They are so functional, useful and durable. Perfect for high use areas like the kitchen or in front of the fridge. Handle spills and food “whoopsies” because they are so easy to clean up on the go. They really are very washable either via sponge or towel or in a machine. In winter they are warm under foot and cool in summer. Ordering and delivery was painless and quick.

The rug is good and looks great. Size is correct. It’s oddly thin unlike other rugs of a similar price but still works well.
