Poor customer service and issue resolution
I booked an SUV rental for 28 days through RentCars. However, when completing online check-in, the rental company said I had booked a Compact Suzuki Swift or similar. They told me to contact RentCars to resolve. I have messaged RentCars about 6 or 7 times over the last 2 weeks. Time frames have been and gone and still there is no resolution! Extremely frustrating! I would not recommend booking with them, especially for such a long rental hire when the category of car is important.
Edit: after RentCars contact after this review, I have not heard back from them. It has been a week and now over 3 weeks overall. I will be cancelling my booking and leaving this 1 star review.

No Service, no Support
No Service, no answer to mail, chatbot unusable, no Support, Website and app does Not work (payment not possible). Booking cancelled without prior contact. Horrible.

Ordered a car through Rentcar
Ordered a car through Rentcar. Ordered a med size suv because my wife is disabled and European wanted to supply a small lower car. I was very under whelmed by them. Had to refuse the car and they couldn't offer anything else. Price was not an issue.
