excellent service, I use it to backup my proxmox home lab, fast service and reasonable price

Very happy with the service. Setup was straightforward, and native ZFS send/receive works flawlessly. Performance is solid, pricing is fair, and the web interface is clean and easy to use. I also use it with Proxmox Backup Server without issues. The only maintenance required so far was updating the TLS fingerprint after a certificate renewal, which is expected from a security perspective. Overall, an excellent off-site backup solution that gives real peace of mind.

Awesome service. Native proxmox backup support. Tried backup to S3 storage with Wasabi and my own proxmox backup server first. But ran into corruption of the backups after a week. Looked like a bug in the (beta) S3 support. Then found remote-backups.com which is fast and not to unimportant cheap (for a home lab user).
Backups and restores are done quickly. Also needed support once and can't complain. They answered me quick and helpfully.
Beside the proxmox backup service the also support immutable backups, replication and S3 storage.

The whole onboarding process and the dashboard for management are great for technical users (like me). Their offerings and pricings etc are also good at the moment.

The service works very well. The documentation is very good and helpful. The support is quick and competent. The value for money is great. What else should I say?

I use it for Proxmox Backups, it works really great the UI is very good and intuitive. I tried several restores without issue and also Bennet the owner is very proactive with Warnings and Information's about Maintenance/Updates or Changes. I really can recommend this Service to everyone. I store currently about 2 TB of Home-Lab Data there, I'm a customer for 5 Months.

I've been evaluating remote-backups.com for a few days now as a sync target of my local PBS installation. The web UI is very clean and easy to follow if you know what you are looking for. I had one small problem (due to my mistake on PVE usage) which I created a support ticket for. It was immediately addressed and I was able to resolve my issue right away. Definitely recommended.

I have been using this for at couple of months now, and it works perfectly as remote Proxmox Backup server storage. I was previously using a host+storage at Hetzner, which were also very good/stable, but for dedicated remote PBS this is just much more simple to manage.

I have been using this service for a while now and I love it! I switched over from using a Hetzner datastore for backing up my homelab and it was a breeze! I really love the remote PBS service! This makes backing up my Immich easier and faster than before! The other thing I like is that the company is located in Germany and that they are transparent about pricing.

I used the free 100GB to test the service. My impressions are positive. If needed, I'd happily upgrade to the paid version with more storage.

Great service, haven’t needed to restore from backup yet :) but thanks to validation I know that the data is there if I ever need it. Monitoring API is very useful to check the backups are being run. I’d recommend this setup if you run home assistant

I've used this service for several months now and signed up for the paid version after 30 days. Just switched over to the West Coast service point and it does run faster than against the overseas servers. Works just find with my on-prem PBS and also just started using the inmutable feature for another degree of protection. Highly recommend as a home-labber.

Saw this on reddit and was already looking to set something up for offsite backups. This was dead simple, I just created the proxmox backup server datastore using the details they generated for me and started backing up.
