I have been using Datalix VPS services for quite some time now, and I am extremely satisfied with their performance. The uptime has been rock-solid with no major issues or unexpected outages. Whenever I needed assistance, their support team was quick, professional, and very helpful. Other hosting providers could definitely learn a thing or two from their level of service and reliability. cheap pricing, everything is clear and nothing hidden

cheap servers with great uptime and performance. what more do you need?

TLDR: Have S3-like, VPS. Both works great, some networking issues with the VPS. The support is great.

Datalix is a great VPS provider, they also offer S3-like service.
I never had an issue with the S3 service, I host my harbor, backups on it. The price is very good compared to R2, AWS S3, Backblaze or Hetzner. However, something very important to consider is that there is only one region for s3 and the data seems to be on the same site. So no multi-AZ replication.

On the VPS side, I use it as a load balancer and the networking is done using WireGuard tunnels, but each month, the VPS gets magically disconnected to one node of my K8s cluster. It is random, so probably not from my side but more Datalix side. The performance are good, no other network issue.

Also the support is great, they seems to listen the community, reactive and helpful.

They can reach the 5/5, but having to diagnose each month the WireGuard is quite painful.

I have a datalix KVM since 2 years now. And in those two years, I had only two service disruptions that were impacting my server.
Datalix' servers are budget-friendly and their support is first class - they even helped me with a configuration issue inside my KVM once.

100% uptime vps best for running panel vps

Outstanding service and incredible reliability. I've been with Datalix for over two years now, and I've experienced practically zero issues. The uptime is fantastic, which is exactly what you need when managing multiple machines. What really stands out, though, is their technical support. They are incredibly attentive and responsive. Whenever I've had a question, an issue, or a specific request regarding my servers, their team has consistently replied and resolved it in under 24 hours. All of this comes at highly competitive prices. 100% recommended.

Really good S3 and epyc KVM Server

Unfortunately, the server itself was a completely different experience. The CPU was constantly sitting between 80% and 100%, even on a fresh server with nothing running. Installing Google Chrome alone took around 5–7 minutes because the CPU stayed at 100% the entire time.

The network was also heavily limited. Download speeds were only around 2 Mbps, which is far below what I would expect from a VPS.

I honestly can't recommend the servers based on my experience. While the support is good, the server performance was simply too poor for even basic tasks.

However, your public reply doesn't match what actually happened.

You say that I declined the free upgrade and that the offer is still available. That's not what your final support email says. You clearly told me that the upgrade would no longer be carried out, that you no longer wanted to continue the customer relationship, and that you would instead issue a full refund.

I cannot recommend this company.

In my experience, their public statements do not reflect what actually happened. Calling a **€0.05** price difference a "free upgrade" is also misleading.

My review is based only on my own experience. (Although their support was responsive, I was disappointed by what I believe were misleading public statements. Because of that, I decided to permanently delete my account. )

Good support, good very good hosting

Their servers are so cheap, at first it made me think it was a scam. I've been with them now for a year and a half- and I've never had any issues. As a bonus, they let you pay when you want which I prefer.

I've had a VPS from them for about 2 years now. Never faced a single downtime and their support is excellent. the only issue i ever had was when I figured out that they block UDP traffic on port 443 and that results in http3 not working and they said they couldn't enable it because its blocked at their upstream's router and is beyond their control. Other than that, they are definitely the best hosting provider because I started looking for other providers after the http3 issue and I couldn't find one with better prices.

I have been using Datalix for a very long time and I couldn't find a better VPS provider than this. Their VPS plans are very cheap and their support is great.

It's been going well for some time now, but lately I've been having regular performance issues even when I paid for CPU addons and a mid tier. Steal time was over 65%, and when I asked support about it they said they had capped my 8 paid vCores at 2 because otherwise I'd use 80% of the 8 vCores I paid for. No warning, no notice about this anywhere, and seems like not even paying for CPU addons allows you to actually use what you paid for. I only got to know my CPU had been capped to 2 cores out of the 8 I paid for after asking support for it, and they removed it saying "was cpu limited to 2 cores, due to abusive usaged. Removing this limit lets the cpu jump up to 80-90%, that is not within shared cores usage." The screenshot they attached showed a progress bar displaying 85% CPU usage out of 8 cores, which is what I paid for. It started well, but the arbitrary usage cap is certainly not okay.

Stable server/network, easy to use control panel, responsive system and prompt response to tickets. Datalix sounds promising after dissatisfaction with many VPS providers.

So far so good - after few days of first server order. Let's see what the coming days, weeks and months holds for...

seems like a total fu*up from cloudflare, the domain does not even point to the ip. Not 100% sure how or why that happend on cloudflare side, as we have never seen a report with a wrong backend ip.

Sorry for that, service has been unlocked.

The other reports regarding your domains are all denied by us, but that seemed like scam and in that case we always need to act fast.

Amazing. Blazing fast. Cheap as hell, even for a beefy chonk of a server. Even with how cheap it is, I still get quick support responses and 0 downtime (unless I cause it). And all of a sudden, I look at an announcement from them. THEY 3X THE BANDWIDTH INCLUDED WITH THE DEDICATED SERVER? FOR FREE? Thanks Datalicks.
