They offer you 1 thing and sign you up for something else.
Sorry, but the service you have (or have not!) provided is absurd.
I got the offered from you for electricity and gas and they looked pretty good, so I decided to give it a try and signed up for the contract exchange for both. Then I received 2 totally different quotes which were more expensive than what was offered to me and was told that I will be switched to them.
I tried to call, email, whatsapp, the answers were dissatisfactory/ non existing. On the phone, your colleague refused to speak English with me so that went clearly nowhere.
The gas contract you want to sign me up for is much more expensive than what you offered me in the first place, and are much more expensive than what I see at check24.
This has been such a disappointment, really.
