Customer service/support is frustrating because there is no easy phone support or clearly accessible email contact where customers can directly reach someone and get an answer. Requests seem to be handled by bots instead of real people. The app also needs improvement. I can send meter readings but can’t easily view my history or verify submissions. Compared to my previous provider, the user experience feels much worse and needs way more usability improvements.
Customer portal moved to app-only without notice, can't log in to the old web-based portal. They also won't send out the invoices via mail or email instead. Contacted customer support who told me they had redirected this to their IT but received no response for multiple months now.
In addition, the monthly advance payment has now almost doubled (!) based on an estimated utility meter reading (not an actual reading) that is higher than the current meter reading. I have since submitted the correct reading but have received no response.
I highly recommend choosing a different provider.
I wouldn't recommend using this service provider. The contract I signed with them was on wrong parameters which wasn't visible at point of signature. Their support was extremely unresponsive, every single ticket reply took days until someone answered. There is no hotline or real customer support team that is interested in helping you and solving the problem. Once I had identified the issue through a different provider, Plan-B simply quit my contract without any further explanation. Beyond frustrating experience!
