REGISTRATION 

Misleading and deceptive conduct, sending out speculative renewal notices that appear to be outstanding invoices. Received an undated renewal notice after an ASIC published notice of proposed deregistration (voluntary) dated 3 July 2026. Still trying to get new customers with only a week left before deregistration.

Harvesting business ABNs and addresses to send faux business renewal letters. Eejits.

Complete Scammers. Fake renewal and review letters disguised to look like a necessary invoice related to business operation, but in reality they are just trying to trick unsuspecting people into paying for a fake service that is completely unnecessary. The sooner ASIC shuts these scammers down, the better.

total spammers / scammers. Access you details through business registers and then demand payment. no unsubscribe option, no way out, they are overpowering and need to be stopped in this country. This behaviour is worse than draconian.

These people are total frauds and crooks.

Consumers should be aware REGISTRATION pty ltd was deregistered by ASIC as a provider from 22 July 2026. They can't process renewals because they are no longer licensed as agents. Google "ASIC press release re registration pty ltd"

It is a scam. There is no requirement for any company or individual to register with them or pay them any fees. You are paying them to keep your record updated with them only.

They manage to get the details from ASIC and sent out Registration renewal notice mimicking the font and appearance like official document. ASIC should flag it or do something about this. How hard is to make money these days and they come and steal it just like that.

This company is very clearly in the business of scamming people.
TodayI received one of their "The following Company Review is Due:" using Australian Government styled lettering, colors and design.

Everything about the letter is very clearly designed to mislead the user into believing that the letter is official.

Do not trust them.

If you receive mail from them, please fill out a "Report a scam" form at Scamwatch (ACCC) immediately.

This is a scam - do not pay this company.

This company sent me a letter and requested $449 to pay for the company annual review. I pay the fee straight to ASIC. But this company won’t refund the money. It is a SCAM! This company should pay a penalty for what they have done.

Moral compass is clearly broken with the employees of this company! Misleading letters deliberately sent out prior to ASIC's normal timeframes in an attempt to gouge $.
Have reported to Scamwatch and if there was a Scumwatch I'd report there too! Sorry you didn't get my hard earned money!

These people are total frauds and the scum of the earth who have been banned by ASIC in all dealings since June 2026. Don’t trust these worms 1 millimetre. They will just steal your money. Verify their deregistration by reading the ASIC press release in June 2026. Search “ASIC press release Registration”.

A SCAM TRYING TO PASS OFF AS A GOVERNMENT AGENCY, I SUSPECT MANY WILL FALL FOR THEIR $449 SCAM BILL, ASIC SHOULD CLOSE DOWN THESE THIEVES.

Unsolicited invoice for payment. Looks legitimate until you read fine print. Highly irregular and misleading. Regulators should be taking firm action.
