Incorrect pre-sales advice given regarding brackets. Upon ordering and following the advice from the pre-sales team I was then told no. Very disappointing when it formed part of my purchase decision.

Keep all advice given in writing as they'll just deny.

Quality product and good pricing. Sturdy and angular Scandinavian design is pleasing. We used an installer recommended by Pergolux in Perth and Marcus was professional, experienced and did a beautiful job of ordering some custom components to make it fit perfect for was worth the money and peace of mind. Slow to deliver but on balance sensible purchase.

Awesome product, delivery was fast and reliable. As for installing it, took longer than 4 or 5 hours, 2 days to install. A bit misleading to say the least.

Great addition to our outdoor area. We considered many brands varying in price and obviously quality. What sold us to this particular one aside from quality is the built in drainage system. Meaning everything under can actually stay dry. Many alternatives required opening the louvera after every rain event to let water off down.

Adding a Pergolux has completely transformed our outdoor space. Even with our ongoing garden renovations, it’s already the clear standout feature. In fact, our landscaper mentioned it’s one of the most impressive statement pieces he’s come across in a while.
The build quality is excellent, and the automated louvres combined with the integrated LED lighting make the area feel incredibly high-end. I’m looking forward to the warmer months when the rest of the garden is done so we can get the full use out of it. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their outdoor living space

Love our Pergolux! We purchased one as we wanted to maximise our time spent outdoors, regardless of the weather. We are now protected against the harsh Tassie sun & with the heater can keep warm. Easy to put together.

A well-designed pergola that looks great and has really enhanced our backyard space.

We purchased the Sundream S3 3x4m wall-mount model in anthracite. Our package included LED lighting and 1500w heater.

The delivery and packaging was excellent. The boxes are robust and protected the contents well.

We self-installed and with the instructions and watching the process on the videos we felt it was a generally easy process. It does require strength and some teamwork to manage the longer sections. The materials are excellent and the finish is amazing.

The louvre mechanism is quiet and smooth and is completely watertight even in torrential rain. The LED lights are a great as they are integrated into the beams seamlessly. The heater will be welcome in cooler months and will extend the use of our space.

We are delighted with the Sundream S3 and would recommend it to anyone

From my showroom visit and right up to installation it was an enjoyable experience for me. Had good communication with Dennis and the pergola was a great diy project every thing fitted perfectly and looks great
