Donna and Ian and her team have been looking after my little rescue cats Sassy and Kiara from the moment we got them 12 years ago. They are very timid cats, the home visit option has been a (literal) life saver. They also extracted all the bad teeth, and care for my fur babies as though they were their own, and always remember them and the work they have needed. The highest recommendations possible for this lovely genuine caring team. Plus, as a single mum, they were exceptionally reasonable. They put the animals first. 💓

Snel levering, lekker snoepjes

There's such a personal touch! The 28th of november I ordered sweets for the joints of our 13 year old labradoodle Indy. He was very much in pain, couldn't hardly walk and would visite the vet that afternoon. I kept faith that our dog would go home again with a medicine. But he didn't come home, our sweet dog!! So I asked Lotte to cancel my order and she did immediately! In 2 days the money already paid for the sweets was on my bank account again! And she wrote me a very sweet and personal message! I have never experienced a company like this. Lotte, thank you very much again!💖🙏
