Very good Pararius + subscription
The Pararius+ subscription is very helpful to get fast access to viewings. Managed to get at least 3 viewings that is 100% more than in other housing websites/platforms. Recommend a lot.

Didn’t use
Editing my review since I found out it was actually my fault that I created two accounts and deleted wrong one - so my subscription went on for month.
I’m leaving the 3 starts though because I only used the website for one evening, paid approx. 100 EUR on automatic subscriptions over the following months for no reason, but the company refused to refund when I asked for help. So I can not be “satisfied”.

Better than other rental agencies
Unlike other rental agencies; pararius has provided many apartment viewing options. The process to view online was also much simpler than other agencies. I will always recommend and choose Pararius for my next apartment search.

The process can definitely take some time, but in my experience, keeping a Pararius+ subscription was worth it. I had the chance to attend a couple of viewings, which eventually led me to finding a rental that was both a great deal and a perfect fit for my needs.

Pararius gave a nice, clear and fast overview of all houses. I like the custom filtered search option and the instant message when a house is available. Sadly the Dutch house market is overflooded with demand. But Pararius does a good job connecting homeseekers to the rental companies.
