Get Premium, its worth it!
The site offered us 2 weeks of premium for free, during which we recieved never ending daily updates that fit our search parameters that were a huge help but it given the high number of applicants you have very little chance without the premium notifications. Still, we found a house less then a month after we started searching and got several viewing during that period.

Premium Service Helped Us Find a home When We Needed It Most
We subscribed to Pararius Premium to help our daughter find accommodation in Netherlands/Eindhoven. After a long search in a very competitive housing market, having Premium made the process much easier. We were able to stay up to date with new listings, quickly contact landlords and agencies, and efficiently manage our search.
What Pararius did particularly well was provide a reliable, user-friendly platform with a wide range of listings and useful search tools. The service helped us act quickly when suitable properties became available, which is essential in such a fast-moving market.

Pararius has been the best website I…
Pararius has been the best website I have used for getting viewings so far. Sometimes there was a slight delay in showing newly available housing, but overall it was much more helpful than the other platforms I tried, where I often did not even receive viewing invitations.

Great platform to get a house. Houses are regularly advertised on the website and these houses are competitive, so keep a close eye on the site to increase your chances of finding a house. Customer service is also helpful, nice and understanding.
