Disappointing

I am a bit disappointed when i finally found an urgently needed part for my vacuum cleaner at the portuguese polti-shop. unfortunately they are somehow not able to ship it to germany, even when i offered them to arrange a pickup by a parcel service which I would pay by myself. very frustrating and seriously, thats definitely my last polti product and it looks like a functioning vacuum cleaner has to end up in the dumpster. i contacted the german polti now, but since now they did not even respond. i tried to call, but first i wasnt even able to understand the employee and two seconds later the call dropped. So 2 stars for the portuguese customer care for at least answering to my request
