Scammed. Like many others. Ordered in February, as of today, I have not received tracking information. Mails are automatically replied (bots) and provide no solution whatsoever. Stay away!

I placed my order with Polomano on 5th September 2022, over two and an half years ago and yet I still have not received my Bomber Jacket.

I sent emails and messages and was promised my order would be delivered. To this day Polomano has failed to deliver my jacket. I’ve lost trust in Polomano and figured this was a scam as they took my payment. US$68.99 and never delivered.

My advice to anyone about to place an order is “DON’T DO IT”
You are likely to lose your money.
The authorities should shut down this fraudulent company stealing customer’s money and fail to deliver !!!

It’s been over a week and it still not sent. I don’t understand I payed first day

The products are exactly as shown at the website.
Very good quality, I'm really impressed.
I wish my order come sooner but this is not company's fault.... I live in Greece so...

It's scamming I ordered in 01_04_2025 I haven't received yet

I never received my order! I spent $270 on pants for my husband for Christmas (it’s now 1/25/25) and I haven’t received any of the six pairs of pants I purchased!

This company is a scam. The order was never delivered.

It's been a month and I haven't received anything including an email with tracking

It’s been over a week since I’ve ordered this and the only thing I’ve gotten is a flood of emails to review a product I haven’t received. I can’t find anywhere the shipping information and I’m trying to get this as a gift. I have no clue where my order is or if you have even sent it out

What can i say? Bought on 21st of november and now, 2nd of december, 12 days after, item are't shipped....

They canceled my order and did not reimburse me but gave a gift card which forces me to spend money on they store. unacceptable

Stay away from these guys. I never received my order and when I started demanding my refund, they gave me 1/3 back. Total scammers.

I ordered in May 2023. My package still hasn't arrived. I may have already written them 15-20 emails. They have always told me that there are delivery difficulties and will do everything to ensure that my package arrives as soon as possible. In the meantime, they no longer reply to my mail.

This has been going on for 2 years.

Ordered a shirt. Never came, apologised.
Then asked for refund, sent me an email that a refund is coming , never came.
Now after 2 years saying open a dispute with bank as they have technical difficulties with giving refunds.
Bank obviously can’t action as it’s been 2 years (polomano know this)
I am at wits end what to do.
Class action is needed against them.

Company is a scam. Over a year and still no product. DO NOT order from them
