Scam! Nooit order bevestiging gekregen. Geen verwachte leverdatum. Niets. Ze reageren niet op mails naar hun emailadres info@koelmathonden. Wees gewaarschuwd!

Scammed. Like many others. Ordered in February, as of today, I have not received tracking information. Mails are automatically replied (bots) and provide no solution whatsoever. Stay away!

Got scammed, like many others. Ordered 1 item from their website, was expecting long delivery times... But it's been 4 months now. When i contact support, i always get the same message: "I’ve escalated this issue with our team, and we are looking into your order immediately. Rest assured, we will get you the tracking details and an update as soon as possible." They just keep stalling you until you forget. I'll just have to accept i got scammed. Don't buy here.

Very expensive tickets. Still no free wi-fi available on trains. Late cancellations and many delays.
Even with current gas prices, still cheaper and more reliable to take the car (with very few exceptions).
