Excellent handling and resolution of my stitching issue. My interactions with Lucy were quick and productive. I’ve added this update to my Amazon review, which was already 5 stars for the mattress's comfort and quality.

Received my mattress and was able to use it after 24hrs. It has stopped all of my back pains and I now sleep like a baby. I recommend this sweetnight mattress over the other mattress company's that I used in the past. The cost is less, and the comfort is much better. My last mattress cost me triple what I paid for this one.

This is the most appalling customer service I ever dealt with. You ask them something, they ignore you. You request them to do something they do the best to change your mind. The items from them are...average but if you need customer service for whatever reason...unless it's a positive for them they refuse to even do the bare minimum.

My experience with SweetNight was outstanding. Customer Service was professional and helpful. Guided me thru returning a duplicate order. And within 2 days I already had a credit on my account. Love my mattress. I give it a 10. Thank you again. Dian in Spokane

I really like my mattress. I was looking for a specific size and they had it (full size, must be a cooling mattress with 12 inches or more height) came with some nice pillows. I accidentally ordered 2 and returned process was easy.

Good customer service. Ordered the wrong size mattress and Gabrielle helped me in returning it and getting my refund.

Tracy was wonderful to work with. I needed help returning a mattress that wasn’t the correct size, and she made the whole process so smooth and easy. She was kind, polite, and professional, and I really appreciated how quickly she handled everything. Their products are excellent, and the customer service was equally impressive.

The fedex delivery was awful. The driver either threw or dropped the mattress and dented the trim on my new construction home. The package was open. The mattress has a huge stain that smells sour. Can not get anyone in customer service. Worst experience. Looks like a used mattress for $535. Update: Sweetnight customer service did contact me and we have come to a resolution. Not completely satisfied.

BUYER BEWARE. I had a terrible experience with this company. The quality of my mattress did not hold up. We fought about it for months after they wouldn't initially refund me. Eventually they complied, and additionally sent me a mattress topper and requested I remove my review. The mattress topper is terrible. I don't recommend anyone accept their offer. I'm now left with an awful mattress and sagging mattress topper. Save yourself the headache and invest in a better brand.

Update: Sweetnight has requested that I edit this review because after three weeks of fighting them tooth and nail, they finally did honor their return policy. The mattress was horrifying - hard as a rock. I'm relieved that it's gone. My body aches all over from this experience. Probably the lowest quality mattress I have ever slept on, and without putting up a fight, I never would have gotten a refund. There were so many hoops to jump through. Updating from one star to two because they did eventually issue the refund I worked for weeks to get.

BEWARE: Sweetnight has a fake return policy. They advertise that you can return a mattress if you're unhappy with it. However, in reality, they make you jump through several hoops before cutting off all contact with you.I was promised a refund on this mattress a week ago. It never arrived, and Sweetnight is no longer responding to my requests for an update. Their refund policy is a lie.

Beware! I purchased a SweetNight mattress directly from their website expecting to receive the model shown in their official product listing (the “Twilight” mattress with a specific design and construction).

What I received does not match the product imagery or expectations. The mattress I received appears to be a lower-tier model with a very similar name (“Twilighty”), which is sold through third-party retailers like Walmart at a significantly lower price point.

When I contacted customer support, they stated that the mattress is “correct” based on the law tag model number. However, that doesn’t address the core issue: the product delivered does not match the advertised product in terms of appearance, branding, or perceived quality.

From researching online, I’ve found multiple reports of similar experiences where customers receive a different or lower-tier version of what was advertised, followed by prolonged back-and-forth with customer service offering partial refunds instead of honoring a full return.

At this point, I am requesting a full refund and return, as the item does not match the advertised product I purchased.

I will update this review if the issue is resolved fairly.

The customer service is top-notch. I really like their approach—they are always willing to help with any questions that may arise. There are a few minor things that could be improved, but these are very minor points, and their kindness toward the customer more than makes up for them. Thank you.

Great customer service!! Ruthie was amazing in helping me get the shipping straight, she answered all my questions, she responded back fast to my email. No issues what so ever. Will definitely order from this company again.

Well the mattress I purchased was not good for me, I've had 4 spinal surgeries and gave it a try, the mattress itself is built great and is very comfortable, but not my comfort level, also the customer service team is absolutely amazing.

We bought a king mattress, knowing they offer the "100-day sleep trial" policy for return. We kept it the recommended 21+ days to settle in. We went back and forth for a week via email as they tried to not offer the refund. Then asked us to donate it and supply the with a signed letter. We done that. Then their "support" team STOPPED replying to my emails. I've sent the letter 8+ times and they've replied maybe twice and they tell me they can't locate the attached PDF signed letter. It has been over a month and they've stopped replying. Phone # for support goes to a voicemail. You'll never actually speak to anyone. None of their social media pages will reply. If I could give their support team less than 1 star, I would.

Currently 45+ days now since our refund ticket was opened, still no resolution.

I originally purchased a personal (twin-size) Sweetnight mattress and was so impressed with its quality and comfort that I recently decided to upgrade and buy a Queen mattress as well. Both mattresses have been incredibly comfortable and well made — I sleep much better now!
I did have a small issue, but Sweetnight’s customer service was excellent: Ruthie was very professional. They were quick to respond, very helpful, and made sure everything was resolved smoothly.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Sweetnight for their comfort, quality, and great customer support.
