Silky smooth and soft
The clip in hair extensions were silky smooth and soft, I was very impressed. The top of the extensions were a bit striped with the blend of colours, so not so invisible, I will get my hair dresser to blend them out. Have cut them to suit my shoulder length bob. Great for adding some thickness to the sides.

Cant review on google as its blocked from what google says is an 8nflux of bad reviews. Never got to try the hair as 8 got screwed around so much i gave up. Very dodgy company.

Great customer service
Great customer service, originally purchased the wrong shade originally but was able to send back for a full refund. The second extensions i bought are the perfect shade and so thick. Easily the best quality extensions i have purchased. Halo took a while to fit on my head as it’s my first time but is very comfy, blends so well highly recommend!

Terrible service
I ordered tape in hair extensions and I later found out at the salon that the tape was faulty and installation wasn’t possible. I emailed to find a resolution and Superior offered me 10% off my order and a tape replacement. This seemed fine, although slightly annoying as I would need to reapply the tape which I don’t know how to do and would make my salon visit more expensive. I asked for a return and refund but it wasn’t possible, so this option was the only one… I emailed a Wednesday to find a resolution and there was a back and fourth for a few days and then the following Monday (5 days later) I had an email saying my parcel is on its way.. i asked them when these would arrive and told them I was flying out on the Saturday and needed my hair for my sisters wedding!!! 2 days later the order said cancelled… I asked and they said it was confirmed they were sent and yet I never received any tracking details. On the Saturday I emailed and got a reply on the Monday with a soppy ‘sorry’. Thanks to Superior I was left without hair for my sisters wedding…..
Since then (over a month ago) I’ve not had any check in from Superior. I should have been able to send the product back and get a refund… like I asked. Yet instead I got fakeness and no actual resolution. It was a waste of time and they pretended to care and didn’t. Mind you the original order came in 2 DAYS! Why could the tapes not have been sent sooner? Over a week and a half and nothing (to when I flew out) and now still NOTHING?
Don’t buy!!! Just because the hair is nice doesn’t mean it’s worth it, they seem to fake care and have handled this situation terribly.

These are the best hair extensions I have ever used, and I have tried many brands. They are soft and easy to manage, thick down to the ends and can be removed and retaped many times without shedding of the hair. My client had tapes and changed to the invisible weft, it’s flat , so easy to install and she was so happy with the result.
FYI If you are changing over clients to this and they have more than 20 tapes in the hair go for two wefts to match the thickness.
