We stayed at this hotel expecting that they would provide transportation to and from the airport. Unfortunately, the shuttle service is very inconvenient. You have to arrange it in advance, and it only runs about once an hour, which can mean a very long wait.
On the morning we were leaving, we were ready to take the shuttle to the airport, but the van was already full for the next couple of hours 🤯 so we couldn’t use it at all and had to take a taxi instead.
Overall, the hotel’s airport transportation service is extremely unreliable and poorly organized. If you’re staying here, I would recommend planning to use taxis rather than depending on the hotel shuttle.

Booking was easy and price significantly better than other providers.
I like to print out a copy of the reservation confirmation. Only problem was the print out lacked some of the information. It didn't actually cause a problem but was a bit of an annoyance.

NEVER AGAIN!
NEVER AGAIN!! It was in a terrible location, not safe to walk around in any direction. After seeing police officers arresting a guy just 100 feet away from front door, I moved to a different hotel. My stay was prepaid and I did not get a refund for remaining 4 days. Even though I booked the room for 3 people with breakfast I needed to go between the reception and the restaurant 2 times just to sort it out. The carpet had a red stain and the tv screen had a crack.

Awesome hotel with alot of parking
Awesome hotel with alot of parking. The room we had was in the halls roof and was huge!!! bathroom had a shower and a huge bath im 6ft 2 and i could lay in it flat! bed was huge built in wardrobe with automatic lights and a king size bed with a tapestry throw for extra warmth. we had breakfast in the morning which was a continental breakfast with pastries, fruit and greek yogurt. Had a full english breakfast cooked to perfection. Nice added touch was a silver coffee pot brought out on a tray by a happy and helpful member of staff. Had orange juice too which was freshly squeezed. For £70 a night it was an absolute bargain!!! worth every penny. When checked out we walked around the grounds, river was nearby and lovely well kept gardens with lovely flowers definetely worth a visit before the journey home!
