Terrible quality and even worse customer service
I ordered a blanket from this company a few months ago. It has been washed once, according to the care instructions, and already has a hole. I reached out to the company more than once to ask for a replacement and have been completely ignored by customer service. Terrible quality and terrible support.
Per your response, I would be more than happy to include screenshots of my emails that were sent from the address on my account directly to you.
Why is it you will respond on here, but still won’t respond to my emails or try to actually resolve this situation. I’m still waiting.

I ordered pillow shams to match my comforter and the color doesn’t match at all or the texture. However they are still very soft!
Update: thank you for the reply, still got the same wrong shams in the mail but they are still very soft. Just don’t match quite well.

Intentionally misleading language trapping you with cheap awful merchandise you would never have ordered if it was clear that “last chance” means, in this company’s lexicon, FINAL SALE. Condescending “customer service” providing absolutely no resolution or mutually agreeable compromise. Highly recommend going to literally ANY other retailer.
