I’d wouldn’t even rate 1 star total scam company make u upgrade an tell lies off what they can do own fault for being emotionally insecure an weak serves me right for doing wrong stay away from a scam company they do not reply promises off 30 day money back guarantee if unhappy never get back to emails as no other way to contact push for u to upgrade an tell u lies off what they can do that are untrue stay clear as to the reply off ur company i have done all the things asked with tech support I have all the messages where he blatantly sold mr another package an stated that I could do it without access at all an im covered under 30 day money back guarantee I have followed all channels spynger have said u just ignore an repeated the same answers u are a impossible scamming company I can up load all the conversations off your technical service team clearly telling me that I don’t need contact at all with target phone all the false promises too get more money blatantly missold with lies to sell im more than prepared too add the screen shots with the tech team on the lies sold to me an my cristal clear questions which there answers are lies now they have extorted more money out off u are in cooperative an evassive

Scam! Only works the first time you connect device to computer. Never updated again. Cs cannot/ wont help you and you won't get your money back! Try a different company!

The company took my money, when I sent message to them that their product would not work for me because I didnt have access to the phone I needed to monitor one of their customer service reps told me that I just needed to upgrade, which costs even more money, so I followed his direction to upgrade. When it still didnt work I chatted with another rep that told me that I had to have access to the phone.
So, I never used their services, when I requested for a refund Noone ever answered my request. I tried contacting them 4 times with no success. Worse company ever. Don't even deserve 1 star.

Services does not work properly. I've tried multiple times uninstalling and reinstall because it unlinks by itself for unknown reasons. It should show updated calls, texts anything but it shows from 2024. I've requested refund through email as they only can give that way and a month waiting still have not received a response or refund. Please stay away from this fraud company.
UPDATE: They finally responded but refuse to refund.

The reply received from Spynger referred me to their"technical" department to help resolve the issue of me never receiving the report that was ordered. What they didn't mention in their reply, that it will cost you and additional $19.99 if you want to 'chat' with their "technical" department. If I could give this company and their 'parent' company, Detectico, less that a 1 star review, I would. The hide/shift blame to the other and then expect you to pay $20 bucks more for "technical' assistance? I don't think so!!!

Stay away! Spynger is a total scam! They keep taking money of my account, even after i've canceled this crap multiple times! The canclebutton is just for show! The bank has been notified about this scam company!

Spynger is a rip-off. According to the customer service rep, they use Detectico, their 'parent' company to research data and provide reports within 72 ours. After a week - I had nothing and requested a refund. Ever since, I've been getting nothing but the run around with 'canned' responses to suggestions that I put the account on 'hold' for later use. Spynger took my money (£42) and never gave me any results as they claim. When logging in and clicked on 'help', I was asked to pay another £41 to get assistance. There is no app after payment. This is a scam at its best. I learnt the hard way.

Very quick to take your money, but no support when their product does not work
They reply quicker on Trustpilot than they do to support problems

Spynger ask me the same question to provide them the ID number they never send or my email address that I have supplied previously and then they asked me fore the last 4 digits of the card I use to pay . So it just shows that there reply to customers is all automated and not being checked . If they had an actual person that was checking the customer complaints they would see that they repeat the same questions. All I want is a refund and that they do not want to do. They should know that there system is based on time sensitive issues but they obviously do not care about the customer just about the money. Take it from me they will not help you but they will keep sending you automated messages. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE.

This spyware took me to identico. I never got my results and they havent refunded my money. I was told I would get a full or prorated refund, depending when I cancelled. Don't do it! It is a scam!!!

Wouldn’t even give them a 1 * the website is a load of shit, it’s a pure SCAM! don’t waste your money with this company it’s not a legit website. Quick enough to take your money but yet won’t refund you. I have asked for a full refund on multiple occasions trying to fob me off. Don’t waste your money on this company what so ever!!! ADVOID at all costs. The customer service team are a joke and so is the refund team. Don’t waste your money people!
