The price match was honored, but the customer service emails felt like they were being written on a Nokia 3310 with a character limit. At least the vacuum is great!

It was pretty good! I didn't have any problems with the delivery and the goods were in good shape. They were super helpfull on every process.

Received not functioning vacuum cleaner. Contacted costumer service, told me they can check for repair, but it will cost me 1440nok, the vacuum cleaner cost 990nok....No money back, no nothing. Will never buy from them. Has no accountability. Waisted my money for buying a broken item,thanks a lot. Shame on you

The delivery time was not as expected. I had to call to find out about the product and for update. When I called, the representative didn't even know that the product was still in the warehouse and not with the delivery company. If I would have not called, the product would have been somewhere else and not in my hands. I wasn't able to track the order, etc...

No fuzz - just value for money - quick

Received a wine fridge which doesnt work as it is supposed to. A wine fridge which costs 15000NOK on sales. The fridge doesnt work to the required temperature (12C both compartments) i fill up a warranty claim sent pictures showing the ice forming on the fridge which proves that the lower compartment is way below the desired temperature, and the picture of the fridge ID on the side. I get an answer that i havent sent the serial number. I look all around the fridge and I cannot find any serial number!! I have a wine collection worth tousands of NOK which might end up being spoiled because of a fridge that doesnt work as intended!! And for information my 2 other wine fridges bought at POWER more 2 years ago work fine!!

The product was promised with in 2-5 working days and was delivered almost 2 months after the purchase. I had to call your call center to complain, because I got on the same day 2 emails with different delivery dates!

I order a table grill. Grill was sent really fast. Really happy with purchase.

I was looking for a specific model of pressure cooker. Skousen had it at a better price than other places. The order was easy to place. It arrived just a few days after, as was scheduled. Nothing to complain.

The Ninja Woodfire arrived with a few issues. One of the handle screws doesn't tighten properly, leaving the handle loose. Additionally, there are some scratches on the back of the unit. too much hassle to return through the post, it would have been easier to get it from a physical store.

I received a demaged produkt and could not return it during 14 days , only repair. No News about the status of repair .

Overall was good, however the %savings on the product with some simple checking was a little disingenious, as the highest price they used was for 1 day by 1 shop. In reality it was not a 50% saving, more 20-25% (still good). Lastly the communication was non-existent until the very last moment before delivery. Everything else was smooth and easy, so still 4 stars.

They deserve a 0 star rating for bad attitude from the delivery customer service. We bought a side by side fridge mentioning that there are stairs and we paid the extra fees for in house delivery. The delivery person however came alone assuming house door delivery. Further, after seeing the stairs, he called a second person for whom we waited another 15 minutes to arrive. Then after some consideration they explained that they cannot deliver to the kitchen in the second floor as they are not ensured for any damage that might happen during the process. A total mess. On top of that the delivery customer service lady i talked with was a totally rude person who should not be in front of customers who paid for the service, waited for a week for it arrive, yet getting a 0 value from all of that. For the customer function, you guys need different type of humans
