I was fortunate enough to receive the product. However .
I was traveling with my order and one of the bottles the " Dr Melazin peel shot exfoliating rice ampoule Black rice fomula"
Set off alarms when going through security at Heathrow Airport.
I have tried 4 different emails provided by the order confirmation page.
All 4 emails
Bounce back and the store site is not active.
I get an error message.

"This page isn’t working
If the problem continues, contact the site owner.
HTTP ERROR 400"

Don't use this company for the product.

I have ordered from here before without any issues...
This time I placed an order and nearly 4 weeks later I still haven't received my package.. I have tried emailing 3 times and NOT EVEN had any response as though I don't even exist... how can Skyn take your money, which is not a couple of quid and then not even respond when you send them any emails .. In future NO MORE ordering off websites that DON'T have any contact numbers to be able to speak to a real person...
I am truly dissapointed 😔 and have had to order from elsewhere in the end

PLS note that i booked and payed 26 Euros but never rcvd the package,they don't replay to e-mails,this Is Scamming web site.

You DONOT get the product advertised a cheap copy arrived tried to get refund via PayPal but the case was closed in their favour. BUYER BEWARE !!!

İts not working at all and leave your skin very sticky and leave mark. All you want to wash your face afterwards. Zero results also

Scam. Unlike many reviews, the item arrived. Goodness knows what it is but it isn’t ‘collagen film’. Some blue surgical tape which bares zero resemblance to the advert. Avoid!

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Do no respond to emails - have sent 3 all of them ignored.
Cancelled order still send it out.
Complained - still ignored.
Going to use charge back on my card.

The order was delivered to the wrong address by royal mail. I've contacted the company 3 times and no response

Why didn’t I read reviews before ordering. There is no way of contacting them other than email.

I placed an order SKYNUK30221 and sent them emails. No reply. The order was supposed to take 3 business days.

I am going to take this to trading standards through citizens advice as this company clearly is bogus and attempting to defraud people of money.

If you sell on the internet you should be responsible for getting parcels to customers safely and discretely.

I have no tracking number, no way of contacting a person and will never use this company or recommend them to anyone. In fact I will go out of my way to tell people not to use them because this is a disgrace.

Company sent me wrong item in order (basically they sent cheaper item), when I contacted them via webpage I just got automatic reply, I tried to contact them via FB but it is the same. I Placed my order 28 of March and contacted company 1st of April and haven't eard anythng from them. It is very disappointing experience this time, I was happy with my previous orders but this time it is just unacceptable...

Received the order in a transparent bag with the cardboard box open inside it. Items were visible and identifiable from outside. Some items were missing. I've contacted their support and they don't even reply (15 days waiting for a response).
If you read their T&Cs they say that the product is yours and your responsibility since the items leave their warehouse. This is not acceptable because they are the senders/customers from Royal Mail (or other delivery company) point of view and they have to claim damage/lost parcels. Maybe not their fault in this case as the parcel could have been damaged by Royal Mail. As his customer (Skyn using RM) they could use the compensation scheme to claim damaged/lost items. I, as the Skyn customer, cant claim RM. The lack of support and care about customers and also a breach in the contractual terms (items were visible in transit and in delivery) won't make me trust them again.

Complete Scammers!! Never received my order, was given a bogus tracking number showing my order as delivered to a random location.
Contacted them several times by email and have been completely ignored for weeks, don’t think I’ll ever get a reply.

Absolute shambles no customer support at all. Should have read the reviews before buying. My google pay has old address on it, noticed soon after purchase and requested item not to be despatched no one ever responded. Parcel was delivered to old address I live miles away. Customer service is rubbish , will claim my money from visa as I did not receieve the product.

(EDIT: A day or two after posting this review, someone from Skyn did get back to me via Facebook Messenger and kindly refunded my order. Although the order has not arrived and may never arrive I am grateful that a real human being responded to one of my messages.)

Order #SKYNUK23150 placed and confirmed 12 days ago but all I see on the Royal Mail Track and Trace is: "The sender has advised they've despatched your item to us."

I have contacted the company via Instagram, Facebook, email and their website contact form and received only automated responses (which assure me someone on their team will respond to me "soon" - HA!).

Very irritating lack of response and I am honestly wondering if I was defrauded over my purchase. If this goes on (the lack of delivery and transparency) I will file a police report for fraud.

Consider this a No Stars review.

£35, 5 emails, and almost 3 weeks waiting. Still no parcel, still no response.

I even initiated contact with Royal Mail and gave Skyn the reference number to start them off (something they should be doing as the sender) Nothing!!!

I tried contacting them directly and via the website. When I sent an email through their site I received a completely blank automatic email back.

Searching for further contact information I found 'insert link here' messages where they haven't even bothered to add relevant details to their Terms and Conditions page.

I bought from them once before no problem but this time round, total fail. 50/50 is not acceptable odds when spending money online. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. Online and in any stores. Total boycott. Unless of course they magically pull there finger out somehow.

They say the item has been shipped but they don't reply to any emails,

Not sure they even shipped my order. Had placed an order over 2 months ago.

No tracking details were mentioned, just received an email stating my order has shipped.

All my efforts of trying to get a reply from the customer care has failed. They have not responded to a single email.

Payment option does not include PayPal. Money lost :/
