The service I received. The program is excellent.

I had some technical issues on my PC with the installation of Luminar Neo. After a few times trying to fix this myself, I started a chat with Skylum (Luminar).
The person (Anastasiia) on the Chat was very friendly and helped me with the installation. Within a few minutes everything works as it should be. I am very gratefull for her help and more happy to become an happy user of Luminar Neo.

First of all it is the continuity i.e. the updates and ALL those goodies attached like tutorials, I love those tutorials...more please. Learn Photography, I use them as refresher, at the same time always learning something new. Unfortunately I live in the tropic, and most of the Creative Library are for the Northern Climate. The program itself is well laid out belter than some other photo editing program. As all my photos are from the tropics, I am still trying to get my own workflow. I love the video tuts as they are by photographers, I already follow. Costumer service is excellent, I had a problem understanding the new layout and hey! Presto! They sent me a tutorial in a presentation. They ARE quick to respond. The community is VERY active.

I'm still scratching to surface of all the power and options this comprehensive piece of software puts at your fingertips... or rather these pieces of software because you buy the desktop version and a get a parallel app for your phone, a fact that I hugely appreciate and make frequent use of. More importantly, the support folks at Luminar are on top of everything and respond immediately to whatever it has been that I've sought their help about.

Luminar Neo is a great software to easily edit pictures and achieve great results in no time. Over the years the software has become very powerful. What I’d like to see is a preset to crop pictures to certain formats, especially 3:2. Maybe this will be implemented in the near future, I’d appreciate it. Overall, a great tool!

This application works 70% of the time. But then reverts to old images. Not allowing you to edit new ones very frustrating. Forget updates and get the basics right.

The Skylum Team always deliver excellent service and respond in a short time to queries sent or problems encountered. In this instance the latest software notification had not arrived on my account even though I knew it had been released a few days prior. Perhaps due to 'volumes' worldwide. I queried why I couldn't access the new update to download and in no time at all I was notified that it was available. I have downloaded successfully and all is running smoothly.

I recently began, as a true novice, a project that involves printing photos of buildings and landscapes recovered from scanned film negatives. A friend with experience in such things recommended Luminar Neo to me and I am grateful! With a minimum of experience and hands on learning, I am able to improve the quality of these images quite substantially!!! I look forward to improving my skills and Luminar offers tons of tools to help me. Customer support has been terrific as well!!!

Been using Luminar products for several years, originally Luminar 4, the AI and now Neo for the past few years - is just in the middle of rebranding it to Luminar (dropping the Neo).
It has grown up a lot in the last three years or so and developed into a powerful and easy to use Photo editor that can cope with simple edits to complicated multi layered. There are lots of AI functions to help out (but you are not compelled to use them),
Their customer service is spot on, they work with you to overcome any issues and generally quick to respond.
+ Lifetime licence option, Ease of use, Raw editor, User interface, AI assistance, Customer service, video and youtube tutorials.
- watermarking/signature, catalogue size restriction,

I had an issue with updating/re-installing the software and reached out to the support team. They were prompt with their replies and assistance which helped solve the issue easily and quickly. Very much appreciated!

I have really enjoyed using the Luminar Neo for my landscape photography! It has really helped to bring out the features that I envision for the scenes captured in my travels! I especially enjoy the sky replacements for those days that the natural skies were rather 'blah'. I also love the noise reduction tools!

I have been a customer of Skylum and a user of their software going back to 2021 with Luminar AI.
It has always provided my with great value for money and regular value adds. Take a look at any of my systems I use for photo editing and you will find a Luminar version there.
What is as great as the software are the people at Skylum. Whether it is a pre-sales question or technical support They are always there. And when I say 'they' I mean just that. In a growing world of AI only responses which are designed to point you back to a FAQ page you have already checked, Skylum has a path (and an easy one at that) to interact with a real human when an AI Assistant isn't enough.
So to summarize everything, Since 2021 Skylum has been providing me with powerful and innovative photo editing and creative tools, at an incredible value, combined with world-class support.

Had to call support over an issue and the staff sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently.

Had a question about the new prime version of luminar, via Costumer Service.. The response was quick, correct, friendly and I received several ideas etc. I was very impressed.
