First and Foremost, Luminar Neo is an excellent photo editing app - easy to use while powerful. And in addition to that, their company truly stands behind their products. I had a recent issue that I reached out to their customer service department. They responded within a day with a real human (imagine that!) who could actually address my request without sending it on to someone else. They are a great team, and they actually help their customers. A++++

I had a problem with the different Luminar versions, including Luminar Prime. But with the help of the AI, which recognized the complexity of the problem, a human was called in. Anastasiia from the support team was then able to help me.

Luminar NEO is powerful program that is quick to learn as it is very intuitive
It offers wonderful tools to get excellent results.
On occasion, it does crash but Tech Support is there to resolve the problem for you.
I would recommend it highly especially for those who want to accelerate their growth in photography or as a plug-in to competitor programs.

During the last product update I encountered a installation problem. I contacted the customer service desk and Alina from the CSD reacted very fast and provided a solution which worked. I am happy with the product and in addition with the CSD. Therefore 5 stars.

The Luminar/skylum team are immensely helpful, the photo editing is excellent, very easy to use and if you have any problems you get a personal reply and it is clear it is a genuinely helpful human being who responds. This company is a rare gem!

Their response to my support request querying what was included in the Prime subscription was prompt, just a couple of minutes, and clear. It stopped any doubts that I had as to if it was right for me.
Luminar is great value for money and from a company that has a great customer service ethos.

I contacted Skylum Support regarding the Japanese consumption tax and Qualified Invoice requirements for my purchase.

Sofi was very helpful and took the time to confirm the details. She provided the correct Japanese Qualified Invoice Issuer Registration Number and also sent me an updated invoice with all the necessary information.
