Amazing company and staff!

After placing my order, I contacted customer support regarding the delivery. They arranged a pickup for me, were incredibly helpful throughout the process, and even sent me a replacement part immediately after I accidentally broke one during installation.

Long-time customer here—I jumped on the P1 cockpit back in 2017 and have been adding your gear ever since, including the XP1 Loadcell Pedals. My latest addition, the SQ1 Sequential Shifter, is another winner.

I’ve owned a few shifters: one was massive, one was loud enough to wake the neighbors, and one was priced like a small mortgage. The SQ1 avoids all of that. It’s compact, fully adjustable with different roller profiles, and impressively quiet. I use the “S” profile so I can race while my girlfriend sleeps—zero noise, zero complaints.

Setup couldn’t be easier: plug it in, select it in iRacing, done.

The product is good product.

But i believe for example the seat slider should be a different piece and a different way to mount it.

Its extremely difficult to mount correctly the seat slider. I have mounted everything except the handle of the slider.

Really great quality, easy and intuitive to build even if I would suggest to build it with another person to help, especially if you never have built a sim-rig before, it has a very wide range of compatibility with various sim racing brands and products.

I found the Simlab products to be a far superior quality than my previous sim rig I was missing one aluminium space for my wheel deck which was annoying but this didn't prevent me from mounting mt direct drive, other than that the quality shines through and justifies the price

Simlab are by far the best company out there when it comes to aluminium profile sim rigs I really wouldn't shop anywhere else. The costumer service is outstanding and problems are dealt with usually within the same day. Well atleast mine was haha. Money well spent.

I’m very happy with the product and the quality is perfect. The delivery process was also amazing. It was just hard to build up and it was not that easy to see what I have to order separately. All in all I’m happy

I have very mixed feelings about shopping at Sim Lab. I come from Poland, where e-commerce services are top-notch, and no self-respecting company that aspires to be premium could afford practices like Sim-Lab's. Let me start by saying that they have constant, long-term stock shortages – if you want a complete rig, expect something to be missing and might be waiting a long time. In my case, I chose the P1XUltimate frame. When I was choosing the set, they didn't have a slider or a chair base, and there was only one Sim Lab brand chair to choose from – since it's assembled in two parts, I wasn't interested in this solution. I decided to buy the slider from Polish stores (one day for shipping!) and a bucket chair from another company, also from a Polish store (five days for fulfillment, where the chair was built from scratch to my preferences). Ultimately, the same day I decided to buy the frame, the chair support became available, so I bought that too. Five days after the purchase, completely by accident (during a casual email exchange with SimLab), I discovered that one item was missing – the handlebar support. There was no information about this during the purchasing process, nor did I receive an email from SimLab about expected delays. I learned about this by accident, almost on the last day of the estimated order fulfillment time. Ultimately, shipping was delayed by an additional week, but that wasn't the end of it. SimLab shipped the package so that I received it on four different days – one of which, perhaps as a joke, was sent by a different courier company. The delivery process itself was also delayed by an additional week, resulting in a two-week delay. For a product that is significantly more expensive on the market, the entire experience demonstrated the company's lack of professionalism. If I were to buy SimLab again, I definitely wouldn't choose SimLab. yes, it is a well-made product, well prepared for assembly, but there is nothing extraordinary about it that would justify a price 1/3 higher than the competition.
