Looks super luxurious and it’s very well packaged. The app works nice and you can feel the device working. However it’s too soon to see results so I will report back when I see any.
Update after 6 weeks of use:
-My arm hair are already growing extremely slowly and patchy, I have to shave literally only the treat the area.
-My armpits are incredibly softer, clearer and patchy too.
-I have very stubborn hair on the legs but I am so impressed, I literally shaved 5 days ago and my hair hasn’t grown back in some areas while others are very tiny and much softer than before
Will come back in 3 months :)

Safe experience for my order
I purchased this product through Douglas, but the shipping was handled by Silk’n, and I have to say the whole experience was extremely smooth. I’m based in the Netherlands, and the delivery was impressively fast—much quicker than I expected, which was a really nice surprise.
The packaging was secure and well done, and everything arrived in perfect condition with no damage at all. You can tell there’s real attention to detail in how the product is handled before it reaches the customer.
I also really appreciated the clear and consistent communication throughout the process. From the order confirmation to the delivery updates, everything was easy to follow and reassuring.

I have bough Silk'n masks for a face and a neck about 1 month ago and became an enthusiast of LED products. I see that my skin became smoother, pigmentation spots and small wrinkles are reduced. Especially, I like regimes 5 and 7 with infrared irradiation, which provides a SPA feeling after a busy day. I would gladly buy any new product such as blanket or a suit for a whole body from Silk'n. Not only face and neck needs a care. Looking forward for the new developments.

If I could give no stars-I would
If I could give no stars-I would. Ordered my product 9th January. Still have not received. Customer service do not know where it is. I have no dispatch notification, no tracking reference. No idea if product will arrive but refuse a refund as order has been sent. Just going round in circles with them. The product was expensive and I have no idea where it is or if it will ever arrive. I am doing all the chasing with email and expensive calls to Holland.
