this app/service platform is the quintessence of italian bureaucracy. the same failure that my nation is is reflected on this app. you are unable to get anything done, you waste entire afternoons simply trying to login, no support, nothing, trying to charge you money for sms for confirmation that you are required to buy, many, many other problems that cannot be solved, all designed like the country of italy itself, to be a big merry-go-round where the fools are sitting, unable to escape. a torture for the mind, a trap made of incompetent entitlement. stay away from this country and this app.

Forget about customer focus of the so called " assistenza clienti" . In fact no matter how many times you call its impossible to speak to a human assistance , its all well organised with an italian speaking bot so unless you look for an answer to a matching preset question , you basically can forget about assistance to yoru problem

My family and I recently moved to Italy from abroad and are getting set up here. The Sielte representative was late, I didn't receive a meeting link in advance as promised, and I had to answer every question in fluent Italian with no single word of English spoken by the Sielte employee. I had a native Italian by my side to help translate, but apparently, that was unacceptable. It was a complete waste of time, even with paying the highest price for the expedited process.
