Happy with the service etc however the bottle was not for me. After just having bowel surgery thought it would be a good way to get more water in however I found that there was a lot of air coming out of the bottle which wasn’t helping my recovery.

Easy to use website and the prices are very good and my kids love the flavour of the pods

its about hydrating and drinking healthy, its amazing!

Easy to put together but pod instructions impossible to read without a magnifying glass.

Not received, it was due Monday I appreciate it was bank holiday but now it’s Wednesday and not arrived today. Half expected Tuesday because of the bank holiday. We ordered for our trip away and a treat for my son but he’s been left disappointed for the delay.

Good after care service. An item was missing from my delivery but it was resolved within a couple of minutes with a replacement item on the way.

Service wise was great - our order arrived very quickly! However I wish we’d have read more reviews before buying the bottle. My daughter saved up her money and was so excited to receive her bottle, only to be disappointed in how little flavour there would actually be. It’s extremely subtle. I get the concepts but expectations do not meet the reality. I really don’t think it’s worth the money or hype and we’ve now just got a glorified water bottle which I won’t be buying more pods for.

Just to note we bought the Click variant which is very straight forward to use and the pod doesn’t need activating. We even followed AirUp’s instruction videos but still almost non existent flavour.

I’m sorry but why is everyone lying online. It’s nasty. I’ve just recieved mine and was so happy to trick my brain into drinking water. I won’t lie the smell of it is amazing and very strong that I could smell it straight out the pack. But it’s a gimmick, I’m happy I got the starter pack. It tastes like sour water. I dunno what you’ve done but it doesn’t taste right and I tried both cherry and peach. Literally tastes like water with a hint of flavour but it doesn’t make drinking water exciting. It’s just a placebo

So now airup is trying to silence me. I didn’t write in my review but the bottle is straight garbage. The drinks taste like absolute shit and either way the pods deadass like battery acid and the bottle are shit n not leak proof. So yeah airup if you’re tryna silence a paying customer it’s okay but imma expose the shit outta you.

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick and packaging was really good.Bought for grandtwins and they love the colours of the bottles and are already hooked on them.

I love air up products, I know have two bottles and loving all the flavours I have used so far.
Needed some help on my last order and they were quick responding and solved issue super quickly

I’m really happy with my Air Up! I love the concept and it makes drinking water much more enjoyable. The flavours are pleasant without being too strong, and I find myself drinking more water throughout the day. It’s also easy to use and looks great. Definitely recommend it! 😊

I'm so impressed I am a sucker for pop and flavoured water this is a massive life saver for me as I'm also a newly type 2 diabetic

So far so good with my air-up bottle. Have had it 5 days and am drinking more water. The flavours are nice, especially Cherry Coke. Delivery was fast and efficient.

I love my new air up tumbler however I gave it a 4 due to my old one the light blue one I could barely drink it and spilled if it was at any angle slightly no matter how tightly it was on and the yellow adapter for it to be a air up made it hard to drink out of when I take it off its easier but then its not air up those are the reason I gave it a 4 and if it came with a straw lid to ensure no spills.
