Bidding for apartment online. No call back, I was only bidder towards end was told I'd get a call back in a few hours as vendor was anxious to close, nothing till a week later got a call and was asked if I wanted to outbid the next bidder. Also was told nothing under 1k was acceptable. Ive used Sherry FitzGerald to sell my house in Trim. It was nothing like that. Then 2 days after I bid in increments of 500, it was accepted online having been told it was not acceptable. So I'm not impressed with this service at all. Shocked that it was Sherry FitzGerald as have used Trim office a few times in last few years buying and selling. I backed out of bidding then and it's now one bidder online still. Sherry FitzGerald has got a good rep, but am shocked and stunned at this unprofessional behaviour.

Me and my girlfriend were trying to found an house to rent by ourselves, but alone in this house crisis is difficult to reach someone before others, so we decided to contact S.F. Agency:
The first appointments went great, with a lot of positive feedback and illusions of care of the customer, but at the clue, when we were ready to sign for a cozy home that we liked a lot, the agent disappeared. No more emails and no more appointments.
We asked for news and the response was: “the landlord has to think about his options.
Would you like to visit again this other house? (that we didn’t like and the agent perfectly knew, because we spoke about it)”.
After answering that we would like to have another appointment to discuss the opportunities, the agent disappeared again, this time forever.

I really hope that your chances of getting a house will be better than ours, but try to find it yourself instead of giving this agency the opportunity to illuse you.

From the start when I met the yeam from Sherryfitzgerald O'Leary Kinsella it was a professional, well organised and pleasant. They kept me well informed at every step of the process. From how to prepare the house for viewings to making sure all my paperwork was in order. Any query I had was promptly dealt with and felt they were working diligently on my behalf at every stage.

Ronan and Sean in the Tallaght office office helped us with the sale of our dad's house after he died. The virtual staging helped to show the house in a more contemporary way. And queries we had, were promptly handled. Professional service overall.

As an investor,developer and home owner I am hugely impressed by Liz Ryan of Sherry Fitzgerald's Phibsborough branch. I am more knowledgeable than most about the property market so can speak with experience and say that she is one of the best agents in the city. Liz is honest, professional, incisive, informative and empathic. She has a great knowledge of the Dublin 7 market. She offers no false hopes in order to get the business and is spot on in her predictions. She appeals to both buyers and sellers. As a seller I am impressed at how well she relates to buyers, always keeping all bidders on board, as often the highest bidder may pull out. When it happened in my case Liz assured me in her calm manner that it wasn't going to be an issue. I was especially impressed by the sensitivity Liz showed in selling the family home after my mother's death. Liz has handled two sales for me and I would have no hesitation in recommending her highly.

Very disappointing experience with Sherry FitzGerald (Swords branch)- Michael Lenehan.

There appears to be a lack of proper process and attention to detail in pre/post-sale .Agents should be working from a clear, structured checklist and have better knowledge of the property rather than rushing through completion.

Communication was slow and reactive, with no clear ownership or resolution. I was left to repeatedly chase, investigate, and resolve issues myself.

Overall, there was poor accountability and inadequate handling of basic post-completion responsibilities.

I would like to thank Linda Christopher from Sherry Fitzgerald Gorey, for her professionalism and kindness while selling our home place, Linda made the journey easier from start to finish.
Deirdre was a pleasure to deal with on the other end of the phone as well.

Run from O'Neill Sherry Fitz Bantry, especially Olivia Hanafin and Ray O'Neill. They are total crooks and wasted 7 months of our lives including E13K in expenses. They falsely advertise homes for sale and when you discover issues through surveys and inspections they act like they know nothing. Once we were no longer under sale agreed they put Slinneadoir in Glengarriff back on the market with the same issues knowing full well another victim will fall prey to their lies. Totally unprofessional, unreliable and crooked! There's better agents out there in the area you can trust. Don't let these cheats take you down a rabbit hole.
