I had a fantastic experience selling my home with LWK, and especially with John. Right from the start, John was a warm and extremely competent professional. He took great care and time to explain everything to me at every step, always maintaining open and prompt communication. He was extremely thorough in preparing and carrying out viewings, and highly personable and comprehensive in discussing the outcome of viewings. Throughout the bidding process too, he kept me informed, answered all my questions, and provided neutral advice. He consistently worked to support me through the process and prioritized service and honesty over any commercial or time saving interests.

Most tellingly, John went far beyond his duties to resolve a significant delay in closing caused by the conveyancing solicitors. This issue had nothing to do with John and was not his responsibility to resolve, however he went over and beyond in leading the communication and coordination of a response and was fundamental in achieving a quick resolution. I do not think we could have gotten there without him!

I cannot commend the service and professionalism of John and LWK enough. Lovely people and fantastic professionals. Thanks so much!

If you are selling a property use this company.LWK. They are really fantastic. From the initial meeting to the closing of the sale John Hamilton impressed me with his knowledge of the real estate market and professionalism. Highly recommend and will definitely use this company again.

The whole experience with Premium Collection by LWK was very positive. I was selling a large pre-63, so I wanted the best service in the market. I initially met Patrick Leonard and he brought John Hamilton from LWK in. I felt heard by the both, they were both very positive and I liked them.

Once I engaged them officially, John looked after the sale. From start to finish, he was completely professional. He was just so easy to o deal with and was always at the other end of the phone/WhatsApp. Constant and regular updates provided. The sale was protracted (six months, due to deed issues, etc.). John was on it throughout and always following up. And was incredibly patient, whilst navigating the roadblocks. Couldn't recommend John and the Team highly enough.

I could not have asked for more from John at LWK. From the first meeting to handing over the keys John was meticulous in every aspect of our sale. He was available both on the phone and in person whenever we needed him. The marketing and auction section of our sale was run like clockwork, and always accommodated our work schedules. I couldn't recommend them any higher.

We had been searching for a house for over a year. Having met many estate agents along the way, we felt very fortunate to work with John when we went sale agreed on our home. From the first time meeting him he had a lovely pleasant demeanor and was very transparent about all the details pertaining to the property we purchased. When we went sale agreed he was extremely helpful and efficient to deal with. I would highly recommend John going forward for any of your property needs.
