Great plugin, great team. Extremely reactive!

My name is Steve Valencia of S Valencia International. I am an insurance broker of 30 years and a wordpress user for 18. Over this 18 years I have downloaded and tested dozens upon dozens of plugins. I own and maintain 22 wordpress sites. Today, I was so impressed by this developers plugin... AND, the instant support that I upgraded instantly to an unlimited license. I wish all plugins work that way. I wish all upgrades worked as easy too.

I was in a serious pinch recreating a landing page that had been done by a company a client of mine engaged without first consulting me. Due to certain circumstances, I was engaged after the fact to recreate the page and functionality within the client's website. I've used a number of form creators and have had success with them, but they were not exactly what I needed for this site. I needed something quick and fast. I found Easy Accordian and BAM!! This plugin worked like a charm! I didn't have to read a lot to create what I needed and the client was happy. As a result I will be making a purchase! add another 5 stars to that rating!

Love this plugin. Highly customizable and perfect for showing video in a gallery. Customer service is fast, and new features drop regularly. They listen to feedback and turn it into new features quickly.

Migrated over to a new wordpress file and had some issuses with the migration for the local weather pro app. Talked with technical support and they did a great job fixing everything. The weather app works great.

I am a VERY novice web person and I was struggling to update a very old plugin. My site was saying that the latest version wasn't available. I got on ShapedPlugin contact page and started a conversion with Pulak, who guided me through the rather complex (for me) steps. He was very patient and very specific in his instructions. Thanks to him, I'm all updated with the proper version of this fantastic Testimonial plugin!!! Fantastic Customer Service. Love this product!

Great support, great Plugin

The plugins were easy to setup and performed beyond expectations. There is a wide choice of designs for each and they are exceptional compared to some I tried first

Good support is invaluable! They are incredibly responsive. When I had problems with the search box, I had a fix almost immediately. Also, they're patient. They will even answer questions that have nothing to do with their products - a fine thing when one asks for information about some other company's product.

It was quick, nice, and very clear questions to get further. Over all, very good help. Thanks!

Their accordion plugin is brilliant. Very easy to use and we utilise it on quite a few of our client's websites. Highly recommended if you need to quickly add FAQs to pages or posts on your website.

Good wordpress products, their designs are modern and great to work with straight out of the box. Fantastic customer service.

The free version is a great starting point for most users, however a few basic functions are hidden behind the pro pay-wall (hence the 4 stars)

Excellent customer service with fast responses. I have reached out several times to them with questions regarding modifications to their plugin and they have responded quickly and always provide an easy solution. Their team is very knowledgeable and friendly.
