My server works great and runs smoothly. Things are a little confusing on setup, but that's with any hosting, and the customer support was on-par with Steam. My only "complaint" is that they tried to sell me a slightly higher tier of storage but my server was able to get by with a tier beneath it

Amazing, I run Bedrock server for a small group of players, we started on realms but outgrew it and where looking for a solution with better performance, and we where also specifically looking for a solution that would allow us to use Bedrock Voice Chat, which requires a standalone server of its own to run, and the service split feature offered by ServerPrism is ideal for this purpose. I am NOT a very experienced administrator and even though I was able to set up and run my Bedrock server without much dificulty, i was struggling to understand setting up the BVC server which i had no prior experience with. i opened a support ticket simply hoping for some guidence, and expecting generalized advice that i would need still need to figure out on my own, within an hour my ticket was answered saying the binary for the server had been installed and configured and was ready to use. when i asked how i could go about updating the server if it ever became necessary in the future, they created custom scripts to take care of it for me. I can not express enough how easy this has made my life, and my ability to create the best experience possible for my community.

I come from another host on the cheaper side that offers similar pricing but way worse specs, Literally couldnt even have an mlo in without the server having issues- Now ofc thats expected.

When I went over to cloud nord not only did we have little to no issues, We had a awesome customer experiecne as well.
