ServerPrism is game server hosting built for communities that don't want to commit to a single game. Most providers force you to rent, and pay for, a separate server every time your group decides to try something new, so we took a different approach. Our platform is built around server splitting: one resource plan can be divided into as many independent game servers as you need, with zero per-split fees and no long-term contracts. Want to run Minecraft, Rust, and Palworld at the same time? Spin them up under the same plan. Ready to swap Rust for ARK next month? Switch in a few clicks, with no upgrades, no new invoices, and no migration headaches. Each server runs its own game completely independently, but everything stays organized under one clean dashboard, so you can mix and match game servers, proxies, databases, and Discord bots inside a single plan instead of scattering your community infrastructure across half a dozen subscriptions. We support over 1,000 games, including Minecraft, CS2, Rust, Palworld, Terraria, FiveM, and ARK, with new titles added regularly. Every plan includes free enterprise-grade DDoS protection, 99.9% uptime backed by reliable infrastructure, and 24/7 support from a team that actually understands game servers rather than generic hosting tickets. Whether you're running a small Discord group or a large multi-game community, ServerPrism gives you the flexibility to grow, experiment, and pivot without ever paying for hosting you don't use.

I’ve been hosting my game server with Minecraft

I’ve been hosting my game server with CloudNord and the experience has been top-notch. The performance is incredibly smooth with minimal lag, and setting everything up was quick and hassle-free. What really stands out is their support team, they are extremely fast to respond and always helpful whenever I have questions.

Great Services.

Excellent support with quick responses on both Discord tickets and website support. The servers are well maintained, and it's a great community to be part of. I've been with them since January 2025, and the pricing is very reasonable too.

Consistent performance and respectful support

I’ve been using ServerPrism as my hosting provider and the overall experience has been very solid. Performance is stable, latency is predictable and I don’t have to worry about sudden issues in the background. What I appreciate most is their support: replies to tickets are fast, clear and focused on actually solving the problem, not just closing the conversation. For my use case: gaming‑related workloads and projects that need reliability ServerPrism has been a dependable choice that I’m comfortable recommending.

I've used a number of hosts in the past…

I've used a number of hosts in the past but Cloudnord was an absolute game changer. For people who want something that is really good without breaking the bank, this would be it.

They have some excellent hardware—they've got my server working like butter while running a heavy modpack, a whole lot of plugins and several players generating chunks all at the same time. No laggy spikes whatsoever which makes for a huge plus point. The control panel they offer provides full freedom to manage files and take backups of your server without any strange limitations and installing mods from CurseForge or Modrinth takes just one click.

If you are considering hosting options for your Minecraft server, then there is no reason to search further as this host will easily get you 10/10 points.

Super committed to the user

Edit: This has since been resolved in a timely manner and I greatly appreciate Prism for accepting that the service can be better.

I was referred to Prism by cloudnord, the service has been shocking. Their task scheduler does not work and when I opened a ticket I was questioned whether I needed all 10 tasks running in my schedule.

It was later found that the CronJob scheduler WAS broken and that I had been needlessly blamed for a server without a working task scheduler.

After requesting a refund for a month of a non-functioning server, they are saying they'll only agree to refund me if I cancel the service entirely and leave. The refund is for a previous month of a non-functional server, not for this current month. A refund should not have to be contingent on me leaving, it should be to make up for me paying for a whole month where I could not use the server properly.

I've been paying full price for a server that can't even handle a scheduled restart.

Hi Ramona,

Thank you for the review, and we owe you a real apology. You are right on every point.

The initial response you got when reporting the scheduler issue was defensive rather than useful. Asking whether you needed all ten tasks was not the right instinct, especially when there was actually a bug on our side that we could have identified by looking at the schedule ourselves. That was a failure of care on our part, and the reason it took so long to find the real cause is on us, not you.

On the refund versus cancellation question: that was a miscommunication between our team and CloudNord's, not our actual policy. There is no world where getting a refund for a broken month should require you to give up the service, and we should have been clearer about that from the start. As of yesterday the refund for that month has been fully processed on our side, back to the card that paid it, arriving in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Your service is entirely unchanged and continuing as normal. No cancellation, no clause, no tradeoff.

We have also fixed the underlying scheduler cause. A missing power-restart task was added to your Daily restart schedule earlier this week, and your 06:00 UTC daily run should now play the countdown messages and then actually cycle the server, which it should have been doing for the past month.

If any of that is not landing as described, or if there is anything else we can look at, please reply to your open ticket with us and we will jump on it immediately. And thank you for staying with us through this. We know it has been a rough stretch.

The best; don’t even bother trying other services.

Super great connection and power, especially for the price. I pay monthly for 5 GB memory and it’s still under what many other companies charge. The customization is also amazing! I wanted to change my already existing server into crossplay so both Java and Bedrock can play on the server at the same time, and support helped me through it, and it only took few hours (I was sleeping that’s why it took a bit longer). If I ever want to play Minecraft again with friends or a community, this is where I will come back! I have tried many Minecraft server hosting services before and this is the best by far, no question. I’m not paid or a bot that’s writing this, my experience was just that positive with Cloudnord. 👏

Fast and professional support team

Had a problem with a mod not working correctly without giving errors. Opened a support ticket and had the issue solved within a few hours.

Server performance is great and the panel is easy to understand as a first time user.

Would recommend.

Great customer service! Ran into some issues with setting up some reverse proxies and support was able to work with me to figure out some of the nginx bugs. Wonderful team and a great panel! Lots of amazing features and seemingly more to come.

Great service, actually readable UI, information given up front, I have to say, pretty good service. Even the server UI is so useful. 10/10, would recommend to another friend.

ServerPrism - The New Gold Standard

ServerPrism are single handedly shaking up the market, and redefining the standard for gaming community server solutions
Experience with them so far has been great, from the initial purchase, with really solid hardware, plenty of options to configure, and best of all, incredibly competitive pricing.
From there, setup and installation was a breeze, through the portal GUI, again so many options and real easy of use for any changes you want.
Stability has been great, all my players having little to no issues with lag or access or anything like that.
Any issues that have been found, I've raised with the team on this Discord or Web ticket, and it's been acknowledged and investigated in minutes.

Will be using ServerPrism for the foreseeable future, very impressed.

Felt like a clown

Three days ago I contacted them beforehand to migrate from my other host, giving all of the details (including server splits, ports and world size) and they said they were ok with the migration, and could proceed if I purchased their service.

Yesterday I purchased the host and after giving all of my SFTP credentials they told me they couldn't migrate due to technical limitations (which I understood), almost had a panic attack since I was in a tight situation.

They said sorry and refunded me, but still, what a bad experience, first they say something then they say another thing, nice service.

Quick update as of 06/29: They have sent me an email asking me to considerate updating the review which of course I won't do. All of the expectation I had for the host was broken in a few minutes after purchasing. I wouldn't really care but I manage a medium size community and they got really happy when finally a migration could happen.

Found a new host and i'm paying €50 for a 1tb + 64 gbs on an empty node :P

(Also no way they are replying with my real name when I only have my nick in there, lmfao?)

Hi Tomás,

Thank you for the honest feedback. Fair points and we own them.

You're right that you got two different messages from us: the pre-sale chat said "doable" for your migration, and then once you'd paid, my reply correctly flagged that we couldn't actually take on a 650 GB Minecraft world onto a fresh service. Onboarding three-quarters of a terabyte directly onto a brand-new service on day one is a rough ask infrastructurally. Our nodes grow storage allocations incrementally with usage, and dropping a world of that size in cold isn't something we're set up to do safely without a longer ramp. That nuance is something the pre-sale agent should have caught from the size you'd shared, and shouldn't have set an expectation we then had to walk back. I'm sorry that landed on you at the worst possible moment, given the deadline you were under.

For other readers passing through: the moment Tomás surfaced his world size in his first ticket, we declined the migration, explained the infrastructure reason honestly, and refunded him in full within hours of him asking. No quibbling, no clawback, no holding hostage. That's the part of how we handle things we'd hope to be judged on, even when the first impression isn't what we'd have wanted it to be.

Tomás, genuinely good luck with the move to wherever you land, and the door's open if your storage footprint ever comes down and you'd consider giving us another try.

The support is next to none with server…

The support is next to none with server providers, with them even offering to do the work for you with their professionals. Featuring runtimes for all you can think of, and easy splitting so you can turn your one server into 3 separate game servers and a monitoring agent for your players, with instant allocations and help every step of the way, for less than what other providers ask for. It's genuinely insane and I'm so glad to have found this. Never going elsewhere.
