You do the surveys, spend at least 10-15 mins on them, and at the end you are told ‘sorry…’. Waste of time really.
Customer agent was able to address an issue with a health care provider survey. Occasional glitches occur in the app but the staff can assist if these issues occur

There aren’t many opportunities to complete surveys. The surveys fill too quickly. The topics aren’t relevant to general care. The topics are based on specialized areas not general medical care.

Despite multiple messages, I am not able to receive payment because they will not accept my email. I updated this twice and let the staff know that my personal email is also my professional email.

Nice little surveys. Don’t take much time and you make a few bucks. They usually pay anywhere between 24 hours and 3 days depending on the day of the week. If you want bigger surveys, you apparently have to keep $100 in your account, not sure why. Also, customer surveys responds quickly to your questions or concerns. No issues, unlike My Medical Panel.

I received an invite for a Lyme disease zoom call from Sermo from another survey app I was using. I am not a doctor or nurse. I spent 45 minutes on this zoom call was promised compensation and never received it. I sent numerous emails and was promised they were working on it and its been 3 weeks since I completed the zoom call. I would give Sermo a 0 if I could.

Great company that has support that replies almost immediately. I receive many options for surveys. I am very happy with my experience.
