Sizing is incorrect

Received my underwater and was very disappointed with there sizes, did not fit to my size and was not offered refund just 10% off next order , there will be no next order and will not recommend to anyone

Firstly this company looks as though they are in Melbourne. They are not and items get shipped from China. Secondly, their sizing is way out. I bought the incontinence underwear, 9 pairs for $169. I was silly buying so many to start with but upon getting them they are about 3 sizes too small. Then there was no way they'd let me return them even though they are in original packaging and not tried on. Just to look at them one can tell the sizing is way out.

I ordered these undies as they were advertised as being cotton. They are 100% polyester and with a lining in them of plastic. I haven't even tried them on but they also look very small. They were sent from China.

Lack of communication. Haven't replied to emails. Even for a refund.

I followed the size chart but these pants were way too small even though i got xxl. Im average size 14, 65kg but got the bigger size as ive been caught with this issue before. Be aware when ordering! mine are Far too small. I did email them but no response.

I took a risk, as I couldn't find any independent reviews on this new online store but the prices were good. It paid off, the lingerie was very good quality better than one of the major aussie brands and much more affordable than the other big brand.
