The watch is good and a great price however the watch's warranty is voided if you wear it in the shower or in any water that is deemed ‘hot’. Also if the watch does stop working they will not replace and say it’s water damaged at users fault. BE WARNED if you purchase this watch

Immediately after I saw the reviews I cancelled my order probably 1 hour after buying it on Amazon. It took Sekoda three days to respond and I’m still waiting on getting reimbursed.

The video doorbell chime wouldn't stop ringing. I had to keep it unplugged. Customer service had me send a video and because the chime "worked" they determined nothing was wrong. If it never stops ringing, how is that correct?

I unplugged it so it was then just a video camera and the doorbell just wouldn't ring. After a few months even the video stopped working. I threw it away. Waste of money.

Shame we cannot give zero stars…… my biggest mistake was not coming here before I bought. What an absolute piece of c..p. Got a message back from them as I wanted to return. They are based in Hong Kong and shipping is borne by you! It costs more to return than the actual watch is worth! Oh they did say if I keep the watch they will give me 3% of purchase price. Not holding my breath at all. Came across this piece on a reputable social media site. As this is a scam I’m surprised they were not double checked before allowing them to advertise’ Avoid at all costs do not be dragged in

6months after purchase (NZ$260), non stop flashing, unusable smartwatch. I got 1 email from them asking for video of watch. No response since. Shite service for shite product

Scam website.

Rebranding cheap Chinese produced that you can find on Chinese marketplace websites at inflated prices claiming it's their own product. Then when it goes wrong they will NOT repay/resolve.

Got smart sports watch for birthday. Within 3 weeks stopped working. Contacted company for them to do everything in their power to avoid suggesting there was any valid warranty claim. Offered 10% discount on their website then 30%

The watch in temu is £40 they were advertising it reduced from £180 to £130. Then when it went wrong they said it wasn't designed for basic every day use conditions. Can't take a shower, can't use it for sports as sweat will break it, can't knock it, can't use it in hot conditions etc etc. basically a active sports watch that you can't be active with. They are now not responding.

Purse scam.

Avoid, they are a rop off. Ordered the Sekoda anti snore device that was a recommended top brand. What bullshit. It dud not show up by expected date, emailed them got no response. Ended up ordering a cheap one on Amazon only $58, where the Sekoda on cost me $179. A few unanswered emails later the Sekoda one showed up, and is exactly the same, same product same packaging same everything as the Amazon one that was a third if the price. Rip off store.

This is a total scam company. They take your money and send a cheap knock off of the product from China or some say nothing at all. When you try to contact them there is no phone number and the websites dont work also their chat does not work. Complete rip off. Stay away. I lost my money dont lose yours.

WATCH OUT!! ** It's a scam**. I have avoided sites that were questionable but I got tricked with this one. As expected, no replies from this company after several emails so I can't get a refund.

Is there something wrong with me?
A sponsored French-language website rated these airbuds top. I was suspicious but thought that at 100€ I'd give them a try. The order was filled rapidly. That was over a year ago. They still work perfectly. Maybe not quite as good as AirPods Pro, but given the price difference...
Now I own a second set for use on a different device, and remain satisfied.
So, maybe I just got lucky?

Do not buy anything from this company. My wife brought me the GPS smartwatch as a Christmas present and after 2 months buttons stopped functioning, after three months the watch in general stopped functioning, and then stopped charging.
The company’s response was to make you go round in circles with the “customer service” and then never actually resolve anything and in the end stop replying to anything all together.
The worst part is as the company is not based in the Uk there’s nothing you can do about it.
Please avoid at all costs unless you have money to burn

I purchased a GPS smartwatch just over seven months ago, and it has completely failed. What started as the watch endlessly restarting itself quickly escalated into the vibration becoming permanently stuck on. After performing a factory reset, a white line appeared on the right-hand side of the screen, which gradually spread until the entire display started glitching. I attempted another reset, and now the watch will not turn on at all.

I contacted the company for support, expecting a replacement or repair given that this is clearly a hardware fault. Instead, they refused to help, claiming the issue was caused by “accidental damage” because the watch was working when delivered. This is completely unacceptable. I provided clear photos showing the watch is in immaculate condition with absolutely no signs of damage, yet they continue to repeat the same generic response and refuse to take responsibility.

Extremely poor product quality and even worse customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to look elsewhere.

Terrible. No follow up on delivery date. Tried to cancel order and receive refund. No response. Completely bogus company.

Sekoda is selling crap products. I just ordered headphones. The fit is not good. They fall out easily. The sound is tinny and the noise cancelling is not great. The return policy is ridiculous. You get nothing back. Do not purchase these products.

Scam. Watch out

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these crooks. The website makes completely false claims & includes both false testaments/reports on their products & assurances/guarantees they will not honour!
I bought a 'smart watch' from the which failed completely after less than 2 months normal use & they refused to either repair/replace the product or refund the purchase price.
This Company should be banned from advertising on the internet as it is clearly run by a bunch of crooks!

It’s a complete scam. Don’t buy one. I tried for months to get a refund out of them and had to give up. Unfortunately the Chinese are not always trustworthy!

Waiting for my watch . No record of it. Does this site exist.

The Company Sekoda sent the watch Feb 2026. The GPS sports watch appeared ok for about three weeks. It then started playing up and then the screen went white and the black. As instructed by the company I followed all instructions. Total duck shoving followed. Many different names attached to the e mails. Excuses were not applicable to my use of the watch. The number of strange names attached to my requests indicated a scam . My wife bought the watch as a gift. I feel sorry for her more than myself.

I woke up to the scam as soon as I got the tracking info and found it was coming from China instead of the UK. I immediately started the refund process and was told the same things as all the other reviews here. I was so angry that I decided to go ahead and do it. I sent it back the day I received it- didn’t even open the box, just relabeled it to their very strict specifications- to the letter. It got all the way to their local post office- which then “held in inner office for payment of tax”. There should NOT be tax on returned merchandise. I contacted Sekoda again to resolve this, to be told that they do not deal with ‘customs’ as I was told. It cleared customs- this was a “tax”. USPS did an elevated International query for me and told me that they and I cannot resolve it myself- it must be done by them- which they refuse. So, my credit card did a take back and refunded me. And NOW, they are threatening to send me to a collection agency if I don’t return it- which they know I did. Crazy making.
