Full feature experience with gentle advice
I was initially attracted by the large selection of sofa models, the wide variety of fabrics and colors, and the attractive financial promotions. The assistance I received in the store was excellent, and the sales advisor took the time to guide me through the available options and answer all my questions.
What I particularly appreciated was the ability to personalize the sofa to my own taste, with many fabric and color combinations available.
The only disappointment was the delivery time. The store’s slogan suggests that you can choose a sofa and enjoy it the same evening, but in reality, every model I considered had a minimum delivery time of around 10 weeks. Choosing a different fabric or color significantly increased this lead time. As I preferred a custom combination rather than the standard showroom model, my delivery time increased to approximately 20 weeks.
That being said, after visiting several sofa stores in the area, I have noticed that these extended delivery times seem to be common across the industry and are not unique to this retailer.
Overall, the shopping experience was very positive thanks to the helpful staff, extensive choice, and customization possibilities. While I believe delivery times could be communicated more clearly to better align with customer expectations, I am looking forward to receiving my sofa and would gladly recommend the store based on my experience so far.

The worst experience I have ever had…
The worst experience I have ever had when buying a U-shaped sofa.
At the showroom, the sofa model I selected was initially priced at €2,700. After a lengthy negotiation and a call to the manager, they reduced the price to €1,500, but only on the condition that I immediately sign the contract and pay a deposit.
Later, I discovered that the exact same sofa was listed on their website for only €1,150. When I contacted the store to question the significant price difference, they could not provide any reasonable explanation. Instead, they insisted that I proceed with the purchase at €1,500 and warned that they would take legal action if I did not comply.
I find this sales approach misleading and highly unprofessional. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store to anyone.

Unfortunately we have to give a poor review. We ordered our sofas in January and were told by the salesman that delivery is between 8 and 12 weeks. To our dismay, we found out that actual delivery can take up to 6 months! If we knew this beforehand, we would not have bought the sofas. Emails to the store are not answered promptly and the staff are not that helpful or friendly. Double check before you buy - orders take long and prices are not actually that good.
