We purchased a sofa and a TV cabinet…
We purchased a sofa and a TV cabinet and waited several months for the order to arrive. We rented a truck from Weba to collect the furniture, and after bringing everything home, we discovered that the TV cabinet cannot be assembled because one of the parts has incorrectly drilled holes. The part itself is the correct one, but the holes do not align with the other pieces, making assembly impossible.
Please find the attached photos showing the issue.
I would appreciate your assistance in finding a solution. I would also like to mention in advance that we are not able to bring the cabinet back to the store, as this would require additional time, another vehicle rental, and unnecessary logistical arrangements.

A replacement of the affected part with one that has the correctly positioned holes would be a suitable solution from our perspective. However, I am also open to hearing about any alternative solution your customer service department can offer.
