Was quick and easy to get started and pricing was fair.

I received a follow up call after completing an online insurance comparison quote. Avinash (agent) went over all details of the quote and answered all questions I asked. I tweaked coverage for both the home and auto coverage and was able to get coverage at a significant savings that was exactly the same as what I had. I will always recommend everyone to get comparison quotes. All paperwork was completed while on the phone and as a plus, this didn't take all day, in fact, it was all done and signed in under two hours!

The staff were wonderful, specifically Shilaka who I dealt with. She helped me through getting a plan that worked for me within my budget.
It didn't go perfect but im satisfied and would reccommend.

The rep helping me made my experience very easy, it's a daunting task to change providers but Scoop made this process simple; they were thorough & very informative thru out the process, helping me every step of the way - with confirmation emails, direct line phone numbers (no waiting) and reasonable pricing. The customer service experience was fantastic.

Pretty quick and easy process setting up auto insurance with them. Around 2 hours but that was because I needed to get some info. I received quotes from a couple big insurance providers which were way too expensive. I didn't have a car for 2 years and before I sold it I was paying a reasonable amount for a clean driving record. I just bought a car and now those big providers quoted me 1.5-2x of what I used to pay. Unbelievable.
Then I got connected to Scoop and they found a provider which was around the same of what I was paying 2 years ago. With increased 3rd party liability as well. So far I'm pleased with the service

Worst insurance experience I’ve ever been through. Locked us into a one year term with CAA insurance. then we get a letter in the mail, two weeks later
, that the insurance company decided to do a home inspection and raised our rates over 20% because house “had nice finishes”. Then charged us a $300 cancellation fee . It’s clear they are just signing you up with the insurance company where they can make the most money.

Hunter was easy to work with, informative and efficient. As a first time car owner, she made this process seamless.
