It's taken a few weeks for me to notice a difference and I can feel a change as well.

It was quick and easy. But it kept offering me a discount but then saying there was an error. So I didn't get a discount.

Trustworthy

I purchased the sculpther for $150!! Then when I received it only worked one time and that's it! The batteries were working but the stimulator wasn't. I reached out to the sculpther email I sent a video with an explanation as to what went wrong. I received an email saying that it was processed and approved. But that's it! I was also informed that the stimulator would be mailed as priority! Bullshit! I've been corresponding with customer support and i still dont have a date that the stimulator will be mailed out. I found it funny that on the day I received an email informing me of the stimulator being processed, I then have my credit card charged $44.47 for lubricant! I don't need anymore and on the same day I inquired about the transaction via email so that the transaction can be reversed on the same day. Here i get a response 2 days later letting me know that it was too late and that once the ordered is processed it can't be reversed! I made it my business to write this review to warn other's NOT TO PURCHASE SCULPTHER!! I copied my email with the interactions from sculpther customer service so that you can see how they conduct themselves: this is me informing sculpther of my dissatisfaction with their product and their response

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the product I recently purchased. I was able to use it only once before it stopped functioning. Now that I am able to use it again, I find that it is no longer working. The batteries appear to be functional, but the attachment is not providing any stimulation. I invested a significant amount of money in this product, particularly because I have a medical diagnosis that led me to purchase it. It is incredibly frustrating that it is no longer operational. I kindly request that you send a replacement stimulator, as this situation is quite unacceptable. Given my medical condition and the substantial cost of this product, I believe a replacement is warranted.

(I sent them the video and im still waiting for my replacement tracking number which is available once the product is sent out. Guess what? It still not mailed out to me! Ive been dealing with them since August!!

P.S For your information they automatically put in as a subscriber so, i made sure to unsubscibe when I purchased the sculpther and here they sent a shipment for lubricant. I had to go back again and unsubscribe. I sent an email telling them to remove my subscription!! I already did, again! Should there be a lawsuit situation! Even a class action one! The way they are going, I smell one brewing. This company is not in China! So, definitely something to look at should this company continue to take people's money and providing defective products and knowing it!!

I Love the Leak-proof underwear. I love not having to wear pads, especially during the hot summer months ! These underwear are cool, comfortable and keep me dry after leaks. I have not received my order yet, however, I am very excited about the idea that there might be a product out there formulated to help
me with me aging body. As a mother of 5 kids my body has been through a lot in the last 21 years. I have taken care of myself last to my five kids and husband. I started looking into ways to help with my bladder control and came across this website. There are not a lot of resources for us to go to. As it seems like not a lot of research and money has been put into the female body. I guess due to us always putting everyone else first. I am ready to put myself on the chart as well. Thank you for helping me with this.

Accidentally added an extra item it was difficult to figure out how to remove from my checkout

I ordered just today,and it was easy. I hope that this works for me, I am 60 years old and having more problems holding my urine . Sometimes I make to front of toilet, and I don't want to be that way. I look forward to getting it soon..

The product arrived in a timely manner. It is easy to operate. I have just started using it 3 days in a row so too soon to notice any changes.

Communication with the company has been good, so far. I'm looking forward to receiving my device. I wasn’t aware how my medical condition of an incompetent cervix had affected my sex life. I reframed for several years until I met my partner. He was honest with me and I tried to do kegel exercises to no real avail. But then I researched and found Sculpther!!! We cannot believe what a difference this has made! He gives it a 100 out of 100! When initially visiting the site, I’d not heard of the company or known of anyone who’s purchased the product. However, the site provided in depth details on all products and provided reviews. The information and reviews led me to purchase the product. I can’t help, but love how the site walked me through the information on how to use my FSA on the purchase. I was led through a very detailed questionnaire that noted my private female concerns to benefit me in the long run. TrueMed even submitted documentation to provide for my FSA reimbursement. It was an easy and private process that I would recommend to others. I’ve not received my products yet, but I’m excited.
