I placed two orders with Sabina and neither has been received.
Initially, they told me they were chasing the courier, but for the past week they have stopped responding to my emails altogether.
I have now contacted my bank to dispute the payments.
Very poor customer service and a completely unacceptable experience.

Website states 4-8 days delivery. I ordered on the 16th July and it arrived on the 31st. Spain to the UK 15 days and when I wrote to them they blamed Customs. Absolute Cods Wallop! It didn't arrive for the Birthday which left a real sour taste in my mouth!
There tracking system is awful as this seems to be updated every 4-5 days! There delivery time is awful as this does not match what they state on there website. And finally there customer service is way beyond awful as the reply I received from them took days and was copied and pasted from the same old script they use every day. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY! Spend an extra £10.00 and buy it local on your high street!

Furthermore, shipments from Spain to the United Kingdom are subject to customs procedures, the processing times of which are external to Sabina and the transport agency and may cause additional delays.
Regarding tracking, it is updated as the transport agency registers new movements of the shipment.
As for our Customer Service, all inquiries are handled in chronological order of receipt and always receive a response. During peak periods, response times may be slightly longer than usual.
