One bad experience
I always had good experience, but the recent one was very bad. I reserved the restaurant in social deal with three friends, expecting a very good evening together, and only 2 hours prior to our reserved time I got the email of cancellation. I complainted via email and got the reply days later that social deal was just the messager and the cancellation was from the reatuarant owner, and I was offered a 5 euro credit. Honestly I did not care about the 5 euro service recovery gesture, and I felt the message was to brunch me off. I was more hoping for excellent service like helping me out when my much anticipated evening was destroyed by recommending or directing me quickly to similar service nearby etc, not a lukewarm message of "not our fault". There is definitely room for improvement.
