Ordered two pairs of earrings in August, and it still hasn't been dispatched. I contacted customer services in October,r and they said that one pair of earrings is still unavailable, so I will have to wait. They claimed they sent the second pair out a month late, but I still haven't received them. Very poor service and not pleased.
The products are really cute which was what distinguished the brand from other titanium flatback jewelry but for the price tag of £30/£40 per item, I expected better finishing to a point where the metal should be smooth to the touch and not rough on the edges.
The packaging is also bare minimum, for £70 worth of products to just be the flatback on a card then put in an envelope was disappointing, at least a tissue wrap then put in the envelope would be better. The shipping and dispatch was fast though.
