Lie regarding delivery time.
Unfortunately, my experience was negative. The website provides incorrect information about delivery times, and the actual delivery takes much longer.
What is most disappointing is that this does not seem to be an isolated case. Many other customers mention the same issue in their reviews. This means the company has known about the problem for a long time, but the information on the website has still not been corrected.
This misleads customers and creates false expectations. The company should update its delivery information and be more honest with its customers.

Please don’t use this provider. Believe me, they say you need to read all the terms and can take a month or more to arrive to Australia.
Their customer service won’t take responsibility and will just say that’s normal waiting time. Don’t use this website, your order will take up to a month if not more to arrive to Australia.
Look at their reply. It’s a copy and paste form other reviews. Don’t use them. They scam anf lie to you about delivery times. More importantly, you can’t get your money back or do a refund. Don’t use them!

I paid extra for express shipping (Order #69087827 / Tracking: EI010878481NL), but my package has been missing for weeks. Whenever I ask for help, their customer service throws automated copy-paste replies at me, blaming "delays in Israeli Customs."
THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE.
I contacted Israel Post directly and received an OFFICIAL, written confirmation from them stating clearly that the package NEVER arrived in the country and was never handed over to them. The package is completely lost in transit with their carrier (Spring GDS / PostNL).
Despite providing this official proof, Tradeinn / Smashinn absolutely refuses to open an official investigation with the carrier to find my package. Even a so-called "manager" named Maria reached out just to give empty PR apologies without taking any actual action.
They take your money for premium shipping, the carrier loses your package, and they leave you to deal with it alone. I demand a FULL REFUND or an IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT. If this is not resolved today, I am proceeding with an official credit card chargeback dispute for goods not received.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Update 7/06/2026. Order number 69123836. They informed the parcel was delivered, but i didn't receive it. They provide a fake signature indicating delivery time after 9 pm yesterday. Never received it! With the eircode it's impossible to get the address wrong. Awful service. Customer service is not replying...
I placed the order on the 17th, with delivery set for 25-27. I paid for delivery to be on those days. Smashinn handled the package to GLS on the 25th, hence the delay is smashinn fault. Today is 29th, and haven't received the order. I tried to contact customer service, and the response was insulting. They underestimate the customer, answering that I will receive tracking details. I already have tracking details, that's why I know they handled over the package late, and there is no chance I receive the order this week. Awful delivery service and worse customer service

I placed my order (Order No. 68472909) on April 25th. According to the tracking, there was a major issue with the courier, and the package has been officially lost. Today is May 20th, and I still have not received anything.

I requested my refund when I saw that the horrendous freight forwarder they use never sent the documents to liberate the goods from customs. Theoretically inquired on the fret issue and never came back to me.
Even though the goods are back since 3 months at their store they never contacted me to reimburse me or find a solution.

TLDR: Prices good, rackets don’t arrive.
Ordered two rackets a month ago, should have arrived within a week (their estimation based on YEARS of parcel sending).
They don’t stand behind their promises.
I paid and are left with nothing - I requested a refund, but they refused.
Also happened to a friend of mine with BikeInn.
If you order, be aware that it might be 2 months until things arrive as they lie on the estimated delivery date.
NOTE:
Answer to the reply -
I sent more than 12 requests to check on the order and refund. They always answer that "it is just an estimation", but the estimation is a month off, and that is not acceptable by any standard.
Update 12.5:
One racket arrived, one still missing.
The one that arrived was damaged - nylon stuck to handle and ripped, probably improper storing on their side.
Didn’t reply to complaint.
Update 24.5:
A month and a half after ordering, both rackets arrived.
Turns out the first one to arrive had a factory defect/stored improperly (the surface cracked).
They didn’t answer the complaint.
Update 25.05:
I am unble to return be cuase your website is malfunctioning (No option to choose reason and thus can't continue).
That aside - it was used, and thus the defect uncovered, so you will not accept it.
To top that - the Return is supposed to be on my expense, that will not do.
As I see it, the only two solutions is whether they contact the manufacturers and refund me, or don't contact them and refund me.
Receiving a defective Item, 3 weeks late, and then being required to deal with it further is really not an acceptable scenario.

Of course I sent a request and explanation to the support email, 2 in fact, no relevant answer came and no solution.
