Order was delivered less than 24hrs from placing. An additional item I had ordered was missing from the box so I emailed Customer Services. Within 20mins I had a reply with an apology and the item was dispatched immediately. This has also arrived within 24hrs. I highly recommend nutribullet uk especially their amazing Customer Services.

I have not received my parcel for more than a week! I was informed it’s next day delivery. Was this a scam?

I ordered the 1000w version of the nutri bullet, and within 2days it was delivered without delay or fuss.
I have tried several recipes from their website, and have not been disappointed.

If I had to give advice, I would urge anyone thinking of buying one to take the plunge.

I found the choice a bit overwhelming so with AI help, I chose the Ultra bundle - what an ace deal! The chopper is incredible: onions diced beautifully in moments.

I added one of the portable bullets too: amazing value, perfect for my perfectly blended daily whiz of whey protein, fruit & milk.

Very happy with this combo.

My feedback to the tech team is that if the blade bit of the personal one could be separated from the motor, then I could take it on holiday. Batteries can't go in hold luggage, and I can't see Security allowing a potential whizzing open blade in hand luggage!! It's perhaps a tad heavy, too, but I shall miss it when I'm away. Although maybe taking a pouch of white powder through Security isn't a great idea either...

Delivery was fast and well-communicated and it was extremely well-packed.

I’m extremely disappointed with both the condition of my NutriBullet 900 and the response I received from NutriBullet customer service.

I purchased the appliance from Amazon UK in October 2024. After less than two years of normal use, the motor-base casing has developed significant deterioration/damage, as shown in the attached photo. I have stopped using the blender because I am concerned that damage of this nature to the housing of an electrical appliance could present a safety risk.

Amazon advised me to contact the manufacturer for warranty support. I therefore contacted NutriBullet, explained the issue and provided photographs. NutriBullet acknowledged in their response that I had experienced a “fault”, but ultimately told me that because it was purchased through Amazon, their two-year warranty does not apply and directed me back to Amazon.

Amazon, meanwhile, directed me to the manufacturer.

Whatever the warranty arrangements between NutriBullet and its retailers, I find it very disappointing that a NutriBullet 900 can develop deterioration like this in less than two years and that neither party appears willing to take responsibility for properly investigating the issue.

My biggest concern is safety. I would expect the manufacturer to take an interest in significant deterioration to the motor housing of one of its electrical appliances, irrespective of which authorised retailer sold it.

I have stopped using the product and would not feel comfortable recommending it based on my experience.

Do not waste your money on the magic bullet. My mum got it for my husband for his birthday to replace our old bullet style blender and I cannot explain how useless it is! It doesn’t blend anything, even the softest foods. It has no power whatsoever and immediately overheats. We’ve only used it twice since we got it in March, we used to use our old one multiple times a week but now it’s not part of our routine at all cause it’s so rubbish!

Janine was very helpful and kind when I called. I needed advise on whether to buy the new ultra or not and Janine recommended the 600 or 900 as I could buy the parts easily and she had one herself. Of course it was up to me but I appreciated her take on it. She mentioned the offer on the Nutribullet site however, I shared that Amazon were offering accidental damage. She was unsure if this was correct and I had called at almost 5pm I believe; so she said she will clarify with her manager and took my email to update me. I really appreciated that she did! Ii had an issue with my new nutrbullett which is very unusual as they very reliable products. I rang them and spoke to Nimmy. I was blown away with the professional and understanding way she dealt with the problem. Nimmy sorted out the issue with a positive can do attitude and sent out a replacement item Nimmy is a fantastic ambassador for this company and they should be delighted to have such a positve person in their customer service team.

I purchased my new nutribullet online. The process was quick and straight forward.
My new purchase was delivered within 24 hours.
Everything about the whole process was stress-free.

This was the second time I purchased a product from nutribullet and both times I returned. The first time both the box and the blender arrived damaged and the second time (a year later) the box was so badly damaged it looked like I’d bought a second hand product. I definitely wouldn’t bother trying for a third time lucky

Incorrect part ordered but Nutribullet identified the correct item and dispatched for next day delivery with no quibble.
