I wrote to customer service via email and they replied super quick on the same day. I was talking to them about our nutra bullit which we purchased this year. Simonia dealt with our concerns really quickly and efficiently and resolved the situation. Thank you

They really went above and beyond for me. An item i purchased was damaged in preparation for transit, and unfortunately it was the last one in stock. Their team sorted me a full upgrade kit for the nutribullet instead, at no extra charge. Fantastic service!

I ordered an extractor blade and Evri delivered it to the wrong address, straightaway Nutribullet offered me a replacement or refund. I chose and received a replacement but in the meantime I also received the original item from the person it had been delivered to. Nutribullet then kindly let me keep both items due to the mix up with the 1st delivery. I highly recommend them, their customer service is excellent, my order was dispatched promptly, I then made contact by email only and they were always quick to respond, dealing with it efficiently and in a friendly way.

Ordering my new Nutribullet was simple, straightforward and speedy. I have been using one everyday for well over 10 years. The latest one is my third machine, I have had my eye on it for sometime and I was excited to see that it was in the sale. I thought I would treat myself for my birthday and I ordered it one day and it was here the next. Excellent service

Overall, I'm very happy with the blender. It blends protein shakes and frozen fruit well, and it's great value for the price.
My only complaint is that the bottle narrows significantly towards the top. This makes it difficult to pour protein powder from a standard scoop without spilling it. A wider opening or including a small funnel would make it much more convenient for people who use protein powder every day.

I ordered 3 replacement bottles. They were out of stock but nutribullet upgraded my order at no extra cost and sent me 3 of the "nutribullet deluxe upgrade kit" instead. So I ended up with extra bottles and accessories beyond what I had ordered or paid for. I contacted customer services to check what had arrived was correct and was told that they had upgraded the items in my order free of charge. So not only did I get what I ordered on time but I also got extra blades, bottles and accessories. Pretty impressed by that.

They arrive a few days ago - the parcel was left in our safe place - front porch - I purchased 2 of them & so far used 1 have made a few milkshakes in it so far - works well

Excellent customer service from Nimmy today who sorted out an issue with a faulty Nutribullet quickly and efficiently. I will now always order with them direct after a very frustrating experience trying to get this sorted with Argos.

An excellent product replacement part at a great price.

The item I purchased didn’t meet my needs so I contacted the customer service team who arranged a refund for me.
It was all done really quickly and the CS team were very helpful.
Going to buy an alternative blender that is better suited to my needs.

I ordered some replacement blades and large cups for my nutribullet (which I've had for 11 years and it's still going strong).
I had an email from customer services saying that their stock of replacement cups had been damaged and they couldn't send them. Instead of sending a refund or asking me to wait, they have sent me 2x upgrade packs - so I have been sent additional items at no extra cost.
I placed my order on a Sunday evening and my delivery is arriving less than 48 hourse later.
Great product, great customer service - thank you!
